"Consistently Great Massages, but Uncomfortable Tip Pressure I’ve had many great experiences at Iris Day Spa, and the massages are always top-notch! The staff is incredibly skilled and clearly take great pride in their work, even though there’s a bit of a language barrier. It’s clear that they’re experts in their craft, which is why I keep coming back. However, I’ve noticed that there’s a bit of uncomfortable pressure when it comes to tipping. While I understand tipping is part of the experience, I’ve been hassled for a tip, and I've seen others be put in the same situation. It makes the end of the visit a little awkward. I believe the staff should be paid more fairly for their exceptional service, rather than relying on customer tips in such a pushy way. That said, the quality of the massage and the therapy provided is what keeps me coming back. I really hope they reconsider the tipping situation because the overall experience is fantastic."

"I recently had my first-ever massage with Jena Cleofe, and it was an amazing experience! She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to understand my needs. The hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing, and she applied just the right amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free.
