"Booked here because they had a last minute opening. I now see why. I had to book through the mind and body app as they don’t have an online portal. I received 10 emails about the same thing and found it challenging to fill out the paperwork at home. When discussing with my practitioner what was wrong she didn’t quite seem to understand my issue. She was very kind and concerned about the pressure although her technique was interesting. Instead of dimming the lights a towel was placed over my eyes which kept falling off. This was distracting and took away from the what should have been a relaxing experience. I left the office not feeling any better than I had come in. The massage was the most expensive massage I’ve ever had $143.85. If I didn’t have benefits I would have been devastated to leave no better and paid that much. I asked to be emailed a receipt to be submitted to my benefits. The girl had forgot which is ok but when I followed up at home, their system sent me a typed out email. It was inconvenient to have to follow up multiple times about a simple receipt. All in all definitely not worth the money. Very kind staff thought!"

"Relaxing but also lacking ... First time here. I went in for a Hot Stone Massage, which I've always loved in the past. The masseuse asked me if there was anywhere she should focus on, I said mid/low back. Most of the time was spent on my legs/feet. She spent less than 10 minutes on my back (out of a 75min appointment) Even though I love Hot Stone, I was disappointed that there wasn't much time on my back as I had mentioned it when she asked."

"Decided to treat myself this evening to a "50 min reflexology" massage, which ended up being a very painful leg massage and me being bent and "stretched" in uncomfortable, painful positions. It started with an "arm and hand massage" with a towel? For 10 minutes while your feat "soaked" in Luke warm water. So now your reflexology is only 40 min. They the lady started rubbing my thighs, calves, ankles, spent maybe 5 minutes on each foot, then back to bruising my legs. I was in so much pain I was wincing. I went to pay and asked the lady if they gave me the wrong massage, because what I got was most definitely NOT reflexology. The lady then replied that it should be a foot massage with leg massage as well. I paid $72 and feel like my legs are bruised and my feet are still sore, I'm going to have to book elsewhere. I will unfortunately not be coming back here, I even advised the lady she should mention in the reflexology that is is mainly a leg rub, and that I was very disappointed. She the punched in my total without even an apology. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for reflexology at all."

"I was excited but a bit nervous to try Margaret's advanced new facials. I had the Trifractional skin resurfacing, DMA (Dynamic Muscle Activation and the TriPolar RF skinTightening. Margaret took the time to explain everything she was doing step by step. I also inquired about the depth of training she had on these machines. That did not annoy her. She understood my concern that many people are not qualified to use these advanced machines. Following the treatment a cool gold mask was applied. I left glowing and looked fantastic the next day. "I was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I had asked for a platinum balayage, and got nothing close to it. The staff was nice until I said that I did not like it. Throughout the process, I noticed that Taylor, the hair stylist, didn’t bleach the mid-ends of my hair, and I brought that up and she was like I will put a lightning conditioner which will bring it up by a level, at the end my hair was still a very warm tone and that was because she didn’t lift it at all. Because of this, I was like can you add in some bleach to lift the colour more and Taylor really said to me “Oh, like you can’t live with it” and that other people can’t tell yet EVERYONE around me did end up noticing the rough work. I will acknowledge that she didn’t put the bleach at the end, but she put a toner, and I genuinely didn’t notice a difference with the toner, and when I said that I didn’t notice it, she got defensive and said “Well, I do”. These side comments were just completely rude and unprofessional. I ended up going to another salon and got it completely redone. Very very upset with this Salon, I do not recommend this place to anyone. She still did charge me and I can’t believe she left me leaving the salon looking like that, I just can’t believe I also ended up tipping her, instant regret. Also, she did take before and after pictures of my hair, and didn’t end up posting because I am sure she knows that its UGLY. First pic is what I asked for, and second is what I got. Looks so similar to the before pic of what I asked for..."

"Colleen was phenomenal! She was very genuine, personable, knowledgeable and I truly felt a difference in pain right after our session. She made sure to check in with me throughout the treatment and answered all my questions. She took her time to understand my needs and was able to identify so many areas where I was experiencing pain and target that specific area for me. "A had my first visit to The Facial Place last week after being highly recommend by several of my friends. I booked a hydrafacial with Jenny and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service and how amazing the facial made my skin look and feel. Jenny is an absolute gem who is super knowledgeable and very passionate about her career. Jenny gave me a bunch of skincare samples which were all so amazing - I went back today and purchased multiple products. I can’t wait for my next facial!!"
