"Well, this was a super disappointing experience. We booked with Jenna via e-mail as new patients. When it came time to the day of massage with 'Ashley' - 2 hrs before the appt, Ashley called to cancel stating her child was ill. Understandable, stuff happens - not happy they had no back up person, but whatever it happens. She rescheduled us for Saturday, but we never got a confirmation e-mail or phone call so it's quite likely she never bothered to notify anyone in the office. We show up Saturday - and people can be heard in the house and kitchen, but no one comes out to greet anyone. No one comes out after 10 more minutes and finally, it's passed the appt time so we leave. No one calls us. No one e-mails. I call and get no answer. I e-mail Jenna to tell her whats happened, and to cancel future appointments? She doesn't even bother responding or apologizing. I gave her a full week to respond before coming to write this review. This is garbage customer service and garbage organization."

"I highly recommend Sara! She helped me with a shoulder injury and is a true experienced professional! I felt relief immediately. Studio H and Mint Health Spa are A++++! The entire staff are incredible as is the atmosphere. Nothing else like it in the London area in my opinion. They also carry "Back To Earth Skin" care products that are the best in the world for sustainabilty and work so good for men and women! Don't think twice...just go!"

"I got the professional facial + tension relief massage at Cocoon and it was awesome. I don't treat myself to a spa treatment or facial often and I have pretty balanced, but sensitive skin. So I don't like peels, intense exfoliation or medical like procedures (read - micro dermabrasion). With this in mind, I was trying to pick a place and treatment that suited my needs and Cocoon delivered. I felt relaxed and my face felt clean and hydrated and not at all like I'd been scrubbed to the bone or irritated. My husband even commented that my skin tone looked far more even then when I had left the house. The location is also really nice and convenient to get to. Honestly if you want a relaxing facial to feel refreshed and relaxed I would recommend Cocoon. I know I am definitely going to go back again later this year!"

"I would say not the best experience I had with Massage works compared to the other therapists I have seen in the past. I saw Michelle for a relaxation body massage and came back unsatisfied. The main pressure points were not covered as a part of the massage and even after letting the therapist know frequently to cover certain pressure points, it was not up-to the mark. I did pass on the feedback to the manager there as well but they didn’t seem to be quiet friendly to receive the feedback well. It was definitely a waste of my time and money for sure."

"I had an exceptional time at my facial with Amanda this past week. She exuded peace and competence - the perfect balance of functional information, and a relaxed, healing presence. I appreciated that she was mindful when giving recommendations to not slide into a sales pitch, and even made a point to say that she doesn’t recommend wasting product (ie replacing products before they are done), and instead offered samples (but in a very low pressure way). The massage portion of the facial was so incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling like my skin felt noticeably renewed. I can’t wait to gift others this experience, and return for the odd treat!"

"I showed up early for a first time 90 minute appt and the massage therapist didn’t show up. I waited until 10 min into the appt and they had not heard from him so I left. Very disappointing as I’m having back pain and I took time off work for this appt. The owner was apologetic but still a very poor experience."

"The front desk lady's were great and very nice. I went for a massage worst one I have had it was uncomfortable. He wore gloves felt scratchy and massages parts that i didn't ask. Did not feel the tightness in my back go away. I will not be returning there."
