"2024 Update: I've been coming here for 4 years now. I've had facials, nail care, massage, and pregnancy self-care. I've loved every appointment and I love the staff even more. This is my go-to spa to unwind and feel taken care of and I've even been a few times with my husband for side-by-side pedicures (makes a fun date!). Book that appointment - you will not be disappointed. Came here on a Thursday afternoon. The place was near empty - peaceful. The facial was so lovely. I originally booked a different facial beforehand. However, Jacqueline took a look at my skin, and recommended something more suitable for me - without up-selling or pushing. I'm glad I took her suggestion as it has been a few months since I have felt this relaxed. The prices are at par with industry standards and the studio is very clean and modern. Smells lovely and you're greeted with tea and a hot shoulder wrap - this is good customer service. Thanks ladies!"

"I had the worse manicure and pedicure of my life. My nails looked like they had been done by a five year old, uneven and badly cut and filed. The polish started peeling within a day. Poor quality and overpriced. Would have been better off having my nails done at any neighborhood nail salon for a fraction of the cost. Would never return for sny of their services."

"I can genuinely say this was one of the best (if not the best) massage sessions I have had. I happen to have a really sore neck/shoulders on the day of the appointment and not only did Anthony pay particular attention to those parts, he actually was able to loosen up those tight muscles. Unlike other Massage Therapists that seem to do things randomly, Anthony has a nice flow throughout the session and this is a testament not only to his many years of experience but also undeniable skills. "I had a deeply disappointing experience here back in December. I booked appointments for three people two weeks in advance. Just an hour before our scheduled time, I received a call asking to change the appointment. I explained that we were already on our way, and they assured me everything was fine. Upon arrival, it was clear they were severely understaffed and running over an hour behind schedule. Despite booking three appointments, they didn’t even have enough staff to accommodate us properly. Rather than taking responsibility, they offered a discount for a future visit—an offer I declined, as I made it clear we had no intention of returning after such a poor first experience. What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty and transparency. If they had simply been upfront during the initial phone call, we could have adjusted our plans. Instead, they tried to deflect and minimize the issue rather than taking accountability. Additionally, the water used during the service was ice cold, making the experience even more unpleasant. I followed up with a detailed email and left a voicemail to express my concerns, but never received any response. This lack of communication only reinforced the sense that customer care is not a priority here. Save your time and money—this business does not respect its clients' time or deliver a quality experience. There are many other spas that are more reliable and at the very least, understand the importance of warm water and basic professionalism."

"I visited May Blossom Spa with my partner recently and left quite disappointed. Despite expressing that the pressure during the massage was too hard, the therapist didn't adjust it. I eventually had to mention that it was painful, but the response I received wasn't reassuring. The lack of professionalism was evident as the so- called “therapists” chit-chatted in their language during our painful massages, making it hard to relax. Overall, the experience left me feeling sore and beaten up, and I wouldn't recommend this massage place to others."

"It was my first time getting this treatment and the staff was very nice. My hair feels so smooth and the products that they used have a really nice scent to them. My favourite part was the head and neck massage that they gave. The whole process was very relaxing and the heated eye mask that was used definitely helped with that. They also gave us complimentary snacks and drinks. The overall store also has a nice vibe to it. Will definitely be back in the future."
