"I took my baby a few weeks now to have her ears pierced. They told me they do them both at the same time one of the ladies looked like she totally knew what she was doing but the other girl was very insecure. Now I regret I had trusted them my baby cus she now has uneven earrings I truly don't know what to do. They should not be doing baby pierce or having new staff doing this is so serious like is permanent. I hope I can save mom's for going to this place."

"I am hoping this will stop ANYONE else from having the experience I just had. I purchased a 50 minute body massage on groupon. Instantly I was uncomfortable. She ripped the towel off of me, and placed a sheet over top and started to rub my body, as she rubbed down my legs she fully GRABBED my butt. I thought it was odd but didn't say anything. She continued to rub and massage my butt, over the sheet so I thought it was normal. She then removed the sheet completely, leaving me exposed completely except for in my thong. I was worried if someone would walk in, if they had cameras and such. The massage became normal. Working on my back. Then she moved lower, and REMOVED MY UNDERWEAR FROM MY ASS CRACK and pulled it 3/4 down my cheeks. I instantly told her "I've never had someone do that before and I'm not comfortable with it. " Her response was "it's okay". I understand massaging the lower back / above crack aspect but she was FULL on rubbing my cheeks and wouldn't stop when I told her too. I asked her twice to not go that low as I felt very very uncomfortable. She continued. Finally I told her I wanted a minute to myself and she wouldn't leave the room. I told her to leave the room, I wrapped myself in the cloth, locked the door and began to BAWL my eyes out and having a panic attack. I have never EVER felt so violated in my entire life. I don't care if there is a language barrier, STOP MEANS STOP. I got dressed as I called my best friend asking what to do. I opened the door and told her I cannot continue with the service. I feel absolutely assaulted and violated. I told the manager what happened, he asked her, she started yelling in her language. I demanded my money back and after THREE times, I finally I received it. $29 refund does not fix how I am feeling right now. I hope everyone will boycott from there. I have filed a police report also."

"My husband booked me a massage and nail appointment at spa divine as a birthday gift and was blown away! From the moment I walked in I felt like a VIP guest. Shannon was so welcoming and attentive. I loved the small details that truly makes this spa stand out. The rose petal foot soak, heated bath robes, and the lounge area to sit in a robe as you enjoy treats and a latte after your treatment were such a nice touch. It was heavenly and I didn’t want to leave! I had shellac nail polish on my nails and I didn’t know they don’t do shellac nails as they strive for more natural treatments. Shannon went out of her way to turn the situation around and added a complimentary 15 minutes to my massage which was very nice! I work at a high end cosmetic clinic and know 5 start service when I see it. I would highly recommend Spa Divine. It truly is a hidden gem in Port Moody!"

"I’ve been experiencing a tingling sensation and pain from my left neck down to my feet about twice a year. Last year, I went for treatment twice, and it got much better. I visited again last week, got acupuncture, and felt 70-80% better. Today, I went for another session, and I’m confident I’ll fully recover by next week. Ohyuk ’s acupuncture skills are amazing, his pressure point massages are excellent, and the cupping therapy leaves me feeling so refreshed with immediate results.
