"I booked for January 1st 2025 massage in December 2024 where the rate said it was $130. Online websites did not mention increase in fee. On day of my massage I see on their website increase to $140. Receptionist kept saying how their on site sign warned pt about increase in price but I haven’t gone there for a year. She offered to cancel massage but 0 accountability for blind sighting patients of increase or contacting pt of increase in fee."

"The atmosphere is perfect. Visually modern and calm, bright in the common areas, a relaxed dark in the massage rooms with twinkle lights in the ceiling. Staff are wonderful, friendly, professional. The best overall experience of any RMT I've been to."

"Great experience! Came here with my friend for the first time. From start to finish all staff were professional and so kind, booking was also easy and the staff on the phone were patient. We came for deep tissue massages and water therapies. The robes are such a nice touch, and we loved the steam room (it was so hot it was perfect), pool and hot tub. The massages were fantastic, so well done, the hot towels and cold aromatic face towels were great. Finished with a tea the massage therapist made after we were done. There is even a hot tub in the womens area you can use after. Overall, a wonderful hidden gem in downtown Toronto to relax."

"10/10 service, facilities, and experience. However, the group that I attended with, we tried almost all of their juices/smoothies and they were all WAY too sweet and unpleasant. They should consider offering some less sweet options — they tasted like we were drinking straight sugar. I think I will go back, just not order a juice haha"

The pressure was just right—firm enough to work out the tightness, but still relaxing. The massage included a mix of deep tissue and gentle stretching, which really helped loosen everything up. The room was clean, quiet, and had a calming atmosphere with soft music and aromatherapy that made it easy to unwind. I especially appreciated the warm towel treatment and how professional and attentive the therapist was throughout the entire session. I've had a really positive experience with her and Neetu who owns the place and also services clients is a really nice and professional lady to deal with as well. "I came in today with a quite clear vision of what I wanted for my nails and after leaving was left pretty disappointed. The shape is wonky and the technique used to put on the gems left the nails extremely bumpy, uneven and looks quite tacky. I’m solely making this review so that the ladies here can maybe alter their techniques in doing this type of designs. The shellac didn’t go on nicely, and I believe it’s because they weren’t buffed before application. I usually have a good experience here, but 84 dollars for this result is a bit unacceptable… The lady that did my nails however was extremely polite and we had great conversation, but I think more training on shaping and gem application is needed."

"Dr. Efobi is an excellent doctor! I went to see her a couple of days ago because I had hurt my ankle and it was quite swollen. Dr. Efobi physically examined it by applying some pressure on different areas. She also asked me to let her know when it hurt the most. She then told me that she suspected a fracture and that I might have osteoporosis. She sent me for X-rays, blood tests, and a bone density test. Dr. Efobi's diagnosis was exact. Now, that's what I call a good doctor! She also called me at home, in the evening, to inform me of the results and give me some guidance with regards to what to do about this. I trust Dr. Efobi and consider myself very lucky to have her as my doctor. Thank you, Dr. Efobi, for your professional care."

"Sanitary and friendly service but the results aren’t the greatest. My manicure looks like it’s a few days old already since the cuticle wasn’t pushed enough in my opinion to paint the whole nail. However the aesthetician who took care of me was new to the industry so maybe some of the more experienced aestheticians there might be better. I also found out they don’t do any fills or repairs.
