"My husband planned a spa day for us for our anniversary & he came across this place because of all the great reviews and the aesthetic of the place in the photos. This place was beautiful from the moment we walked in, from the front desk, locker room, lounge & our private VIP suite. I personally have not been to many spas but this one takes the cake so far for one of the best experiences i’ve had at a spa. You truly feel pampered by the spa staff. We had the jacuzzi for 45 min followed by a massage & facial all done in the suite and we were relaxed for the whole 3 hours (dozed off a bit too during the massage and facials cos they were soooo relaxing). We were aware that our massage was done by professionals who were not RMTs and didn’t mind because they did an amazing job & really listened when asked to change pressure. The staff was super attentive and we were given light refreshements after our facial in the lounge area. The place was nice and quiet, unlike places like go place where it’s not as relaxing due the flood of people and noise. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an actual luxury spa day and relaxation. Would also come back ! Thankyou so much for making us feel special today :)"

"Desirée not only gives incredible massages, she is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. When I went for a massage, she put so much care into making me feel comfortable by explaining everything she was doing, consistently checking for consent, and tailoring the treatment (even the music) to my specific needs. All of that combined with her approachability and humour made me feel safe, respected, and so very relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!"

"I came here one morning bc my regular salon wasn’t open, despite their online hours saying they would be. I am so glad I did - I have been a loyal customer since. Just about everyone at the salon has done my nails at one point or another now. My shellac manis always last at least 3 weeks. The pedicure is always thorough and they give a great massage. The salon is always clean and everyone is very friendly. My sister was in from out of town this week and she came with me for a full set. Sophia was SO meticulous and they looked great. Posting our holiday nails! Love them!"

I love the overall experience—everything from the heated table and soothing music to the oil massage tailored to my desired intensity and the warm towels made for a comfortable environment. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dion as he has been my go-to massage therapist. Booking an appointment online is easy, and they even call to confirm, which is a nice touch. Even if you’re not a gym member, this is a great opportunity to use the facilities. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I can't wait to go back! 2022 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was recommended the LifeSpa that is located inside Life Time Athletic in Ajax. I saw RMT Dion Clarke for 1 hour who provided an exceptional service that is helping me on my journey of pain management. The staff was professional, appointment was well organized and scheduled, room was clean both welcoming, comfortable and relaxing. The massage techniques used by Dion were effective and helped release some of the pain I was having since my concussion. I highly recommend LifeSpa but specifically RMT Dion. An added bonus is that you can also use the Life Time Athletic facility for the day. I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and steam room after."
