"I had a terrible experience with this hair and makeup service. The stylist burned my scalp while working on my hair, demonstrating a lack of proper technique and professionalism. The overall quality of both the hair and makeup was far below expectations. If you are looking for skilled and reliable service, I strongly recommend seeking alternatives. This is purely a review of the work, as I do not personally know the artist."

"I’ve been coming to this spa for over 4 years, and it’s always been a relaxing experience. This time, I had a massage with Yan Zou and it was exceptional. She combined Swedish massage with some Thai techniques, and it was exactly what my body needed, both soothing and therapeutic. Highly recommend her and this spa if you’re looking for consistent, quality care!"
