Maria is warm and welcoming and is truly humbled by her repeat clients. It's been a long time since I used any of their other services, so I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the change rooms or any of the other facilities. Its one of the more affordable options for sauna's and the people who run it are super nice and chill (unlike some other places where I asked about longer sauna sessions and they got mad at me, or those super snooty places). The layout isn't maybe the best if you want to sit around outside the sauna, but if you don't care about that it has everything you need. The four different sauna options have every temperature and type you could want. I can't wait till they open their second location with a cold plunge."

"Jerrett is absolutely amazing! I have very high standards when it comes to therapy and clinics, and I have had some bad experiences at other places, but I am completely blown away by TMC! Not only has the service has been exceptional, but the treatment is beyond effective. Let me explain... first, Jerrett is very good at finding and dealing with the root of pain, and does so in a way that is, surprisingly, not all that painful! And second, in just one session, my very chronic back pain that no one else has yet been able to properly address, was almost gone and stayed almost gone for nearly a week! I can't wait to see what continual treatment will do!! I should also mention that Jerrett is a massage instructor and works with one of the top private surgery and performance clinics in the City (Acumen).
