When booking over the phone, inform customers of the price differences between providers, especially when the salon is making a schedule change. Be upfront with the 5% product surcharge and consider including a standard amount in the applicable services instead. Currently the surcharge varies depending on the price of the provider not the actual service meaning some customers pay more even when the same amount of product is used."
