"It was a horrible appointment. The girl who was supposed to give my husband a massage worked on his arms and legs while he still had his sweatpants on! He couldn’t even feel the pressure. I called to raise my concerns, but neither she nor her coworker provided a satisfactory explanation. Nobody gave him proper instructions beforehand. They said they would call me back after figuring out what had happened, but it’s been a week, and I haven’t heard anything. The girl, Sydnie, clearly didn’t know what she was doing despite claiming she has three years of experience, which I highly doubt. She tried to apologize, blaming miscommunication, but then suddenly transferred my call to someone else without even telling me who I’d be speaking to. Another girl offered a different session to make up for the mistake, but after this experience, we don’t feel comfortable going back there. Their service was beyond disappointing, and I want people to know about it."
