I’ve had hair removal and laser neogenesis treatments with her. I’ve always struggled with redness, and since starting the laser treatments, I’ve noticed a big improvement, significantly less redness and fewer pimples. I highly recommend her and her treatments!"

"I had a deep tissue massage, but the massage therapist scratched my back with their nails. When I told them it hurt, they yelled at me in Chinese and dismissed my complaint, insisting that their nails weren’t long enough to cause scratches. In the end, I was left with scratch marks on my back and bruises on my legs. The pressure was too strong, and when I said it was painful, they responded with something I couldn’t understand. This was the worst massage experience of my life. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Even if other places are more expensive, it’s better to go elsewhere."

Melinda and Erin's deep tissue massages was so relaxing and so professional, they worked on the areas I complained about and always asked if I was comfortable, communication is definitely the key to a great massage. Now let's talk about the facility, extremely clean with all the state of the art equipment, staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome Five stars is a underrated review, unfortunately that is the highest I was aloud to give. I highly recommended niagara's elite wellness spa and if you haven't tried them it is definitely a must and then you can see what I mean"

"Just received their Botinol signature facial treatment and it was such a waste of time and money. 1. The facial was an 80 minute appointment (came to about 72-73 in the end) but they only applied a quick cleanse, a quick exfoliate, a serum, and mask within that time. After the mask, there was a good 15-20 minutes when nothing was applied to the face. With the amount of products applied, this would just be a 50 minute facial max in other places. 2. While serum and mask were applied, I was supposed to get a massage at the mean time. But they just rushed through the massage and nothing was happening until they took down the mask. 3. Once the mask was done, they did a light scalp massage in the last 15-20 minutes until time was up - no product was applied during this time. This is an expensive facial treatment, I’d be happy to get a scalp massage during facial treatment but not there to get scalp massage - the massage itself had very little pressure, so not really getting the massage benefit either. 4. For the minimum massage I received during the short facial treatment, the strokes were so light that it was more frustrating than enjoyable. The last 20 minutes of the massage was especially hard to get through because I kept thinking would they do more facial or at least massage the face, but no just light scalp massage until the end. Quite excruciating to get through. Overall would not recommend facial treatment at this place to anyone."
