"I have never hated my hair more. I recently visited this salon for a hair coloring and highlighting appointment for my graduation. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment to prevent others from facing a similar situation. When I initially booked my appointment, I was quoted a price of around $200 on phone. However, upon arrival, I was seated without any discussion about the price. The hairstylist proceeded to work on my hair without informing me about the costs involved. I clearly told them for a beautiful ash brown color with subtle highlights, even showing the stylist an inspiration picture. However, the end result did not resemble the color I wanted. To make matters worse, I was shocked when presented with a bill totaling more than $400. Feeling dissatisfied and overcharged, I contacted the salon two days later, hoping for a refund due to the mismatched color and excessive pricing. Regrettably, the owner refused to provide a refund but offered to correct the color free of charge during another visit. I decided to go back for my hair to get fixed. During the follow-up appointment, I received a toner treatment, but instead of achieving the desired color, it simply brought my natural hair color back. The salon also provided me with a complimentary shampoo and conditioner, but these gestures do not rectify the fact that my hair was ruined in the process. Spending that much money on an unsuccessful and unsatisfactory outcome has left me deeply saddened and disappointed. Despite expressing my discontent over the phone, the owner insisted that I return once again for them to assess the situation. However, considering the negative experiences thus far, I have decided against going back. I cannot bear the risk of further damage to my hair. It is disheartening to have invested my hard-earned money in a service that not only failed to deliver the desired results but also left my hair in an undesirable state."

"L'école mérite pas sa bonne reputation, dans 8 mois d'etre etudiant je passé d'etre tout le temps un heure d'avance pour des questions et avoir plus de temps avec les profs a un etat de deception et de mal etre, meme de depression je meme mis ma sante psychologue et physique de coter pour vraiment essayer de me forcer et donner le mailleur de moi, mais etant donne la personalite de certains profs, aussi la facon de faire les chauses et la bureaucratie constante qui est en detriment de l'etudiant je suis rendu a vouloir partir, c'est n'est pas normal d'arriver a prendre un flacon d'advil par semaine pour pouvoir arreter de t'enerver et avoir des douleurs de tete chaque jour que tu est a l'ecole c'est n'est pas normal de donner ton 150% et de faire literalement mettre a terre par certains profs, en ce moment meme je suis dans Analise de Charge Thermique competence 23 , rien n'est explique, Pourquoi, Comment ECT, on te donne une feuille avec des formules et des exercices de calcule mais on t'explique rien, tout monde rie mais personne comprend rien de ce que on fait. C'est ridicule insultant, cette ecole pour moi a perdu pas just de la credibilite mais du respect il y a plusieurs eleves dans la groupe que se taisent just pour avoir la diplome, ca vaut rien cette diplome si ta rien compris de ce que tu fais et dans un environment aussi toxique mieux je garde mon travaille. meme si je vais pas gagner 35$ de l'heure mais je vais etre bien plus heureux et sans besoin de detruire ma sante mentale et ma vie prive. Avant de penser que tu est stupid ou tu est depressif assure toi que les gens autour de toi ne sont pas des idiots."
