"My second time visiting Sabai Thai and I had a wonderful experience. The front staff were friendly and polite, the waiting room was bright, clean and comfortable. The water in the waiting room was positively delicious, I think it was flavoured with orange and mint. I had the 90 min Serenity Spa package with Kamitma and it was fantastic. She started off with a deep tissue massage, followed by a facial. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during the entire process, Kamitma was very accommodating, and adjusted the blankets and temperature as I needed. It was my first facial, and I would absolutely do it again, 10/10"

"I have found that the service I have received over the years from Dermapure in Chilliwack have always been professional and thorough. I recently tried their Functionalab Collagen Infusion lip plumping serum and have really noticed a difference on my lips, all my lip lines are gone! It also stays on my lips for up to 8 hours or more and doesn’t wear off. I would definitely recommend this product, better than any store brand."

"Visited in spring(Easter long weekend). It's off season. Still considerable crowd was present while checking in. Rooms where spacious and good view from East wing. 4 pm to 4 30 pm - Tea time, have to line up, Tea will be served and you can select a cake or cookie it will be given on Napkin and you can sit anywhere, need 1 more got to line up again. Food will not be delivered to hotel. If it's a to-go, call restaurant, Food may take 20+minute for prep. Buffet Breakfast and service was good. Checkout at 11, you may not able to extend. However you will get pool access till 1 pm and parking till 1 30pm. All you need to get a separate access card for pool access post checkout. All the pools where busy day, evening, night. Hadn't tried Spa and Gym."

"I’ve been debating myself all day to do or don’t do this review. Because the guy was nice and kind. However it’s the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. I’m usually satisfied with any of the massages I book with any of the guys in Jarvis location. I tried this location this time and I’m very unsatisfied. I felt like there was not even a sequence and it was more like just pressing, shaking and rubbing hands. I would not book again with this guy. His name is Bryan."

"I have been here before as I was recommended this place years ago by a colleague who goes here regularly. I have been for some minor services like manicures and facials in the past, and all were good. Although, oddly, I was told that my skin was "dry" when I have never had dry skin in my life. Dehydrated perhaps, but never dry. I would expect they would know the difference. Anyway, my colleague had a cosmetic procedure done some time back and she looked GREAT afterward. So about a year ago, I decided to go for the same thing. I indicated to the staff that I wanted exactly what my colleague had done as she had such good results. I filled out paper work that I don't think they even bothered to read before hand. Anyway, Neetu said that she has now upgraded to a new machine, (more expensive of course) but still could use the old one, but that the new one was better. Not much detail beyond that was given. I asked if the results would look the same as what my colleague had and she said yes!! She upsold me, but I trusted her that the results would be the same as she said. Needless to say, I was shocked by my results. First, it was a sloppy job...I can't help but wonder if she wore her glasses for the procedure? Maybe she needs a new prescription for them? The work was very sloppy and all over the place. It's the kind of procedure that leaves marks afterward so you can tell where the device was used. But the worst part was she not only used a different machine, which I consented to, but she also added another procedure that I DID NOT ASK FOR affecting my results. There was very little consultation and just assumption I would want the extra procedure done as this is what most customers get in addition done. Only after it was done did she tell me what she had done. As I did not give my consent for this, I was extremely upset and felt violated as it was a service I NEVER CONSENTED TO that was preformed on MY FACE/NECK, and the results (which I did not like nor wanted) lasted for a while. Even my colleague was shocked when she saw me. Some of us like our laugh lines and other expression lines and some of us like our round faces and don't want fat melting or skin tightening everywhere, or certain lines erased, or our freckles or our extra 10 lbs....and this is why they should always consult with each client FULLY before going ahead with whatever they think is best or popular look. I hated every time I looked in the mirror for so long as it reminded me that I was violated and given an extra procedure that I NEVER ASKED FOR NOR CONSENTED TO NOR WAS ADVISED OF. There were days when I even cried thinking about my experience there. I even had nightmares about going back and given procedures I never consented to again. I would not recommend this place for anything beyond a manicure or pedicure."

"Just had a 30 min massage with Grace at Living Water Therapies in Leslieville and it was fantastic! She focused on my back and neck which I requested working through shoulder knots with pressure point techniques and deep tissue massage. I feel relaxed and shoulders and neck feel better. Next time 45 mins or an hour massage! Highly recommended."

"I decided to try this place when my regular rmt had to cancel on me. I booked a 90min appointment, I came early to fill out my forms and during the intake I explained my preferences and my desire for a full body treatment to help alleviate stress and to include pecs and gluteals to reduce tension and help with a repetitive strain injury in my shoulder. Unfortunately Richard did not explain his treatment plan properly prior to the massage and *during treatment* I had to instruct him to do a proper glute drape so I could get the full hip treated. He also didn't manage his time well which left 15minutes for everything else after I turned onto my back. Rushing through the rest of the treatment, repeatedly asking me if that was enough time on a certain area or if he could move on, and using a shaking/rocking technique and jostling my neck and head to end the treatment was more arousing than relaxing. I also had to catch an error cashing out as he almost overcharged me, luckily I wasn't relaxed enough to not notice it. I did give him this constructive feedback so hopefully he can make sure to explain his treatments properly and manage expectations moving forward."

"I had a head spa treatment here today, and it was an amazing experience. They started by checking the condition of my scalp and tailored the treatment to suit my needs. I appreciated how attentive they were to every detail, constantly making sure I wasn't cold, the pressure of the massage was comfortable, and the water temperature was just right. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. After the treatment, I looked in the mirror and noticed that my scalp was glowing. I was also really satisfied that there was no flakiness when I gently scratched my head. The ambiance here is top-notch, easily one of the best spa shops in Calgary. Even the restroom feels luxurious. Treating myself to a session here is a perfect way to gift myself some care when life gets tough. They also informed me that the best way to assess the condition of my hair is to wash it the night before and then receive the treatment the next morning. "Unfortunately I had to cancel a HBOT appointment the same day due to my child being sent home sick from school, that morning, and was no longer unable to make the appointment. There was no empathy or consideration for the situation and was subsequently charged full price for the cancellation. The recommendation was to simply bring my sick child along. I understand the cancellation policy, but with no other bookings for the HBOT that day, they were short sighted and happy to lose a customer vs. being flexible or even offering a credit for a future booking. Would definitely NOT recommend this place and will not be suggesting anyone go there. If interested in HBOT, I’ve also been to Summit Acupuncture and had a great experience there!"

"Lost Shoes, Lost Trust I came in for a massage and left with someone else’s cheap plastic sandals — because my actual shoes disappeared during the appointment. The staff did express concern and said they wanted to help, but ultimately took no responsibility. I was told it wasn’t their fault, and that was that. No real resolution, no compensation, and definitely no sense of urgency. Instead of leaving relaxed, I walked out in dollar-store flip-flops like it was a clearance sale gone wrong. Losing your shoes inside a business shouldn’t be treated like a random event they have no control over. I expected better management, better customer care, and honestly, better footwear."

"I’ve been here a few times just for smaller things like eyelash lifts and tints/eyebrow waxing etc. They’ve always done a great job but today really solidified how truly amazing the service here is. I was going back and forth on getting combo brows because they’re expensive and permanent! So a little scared of course. I’m so glad I decided to go through with it, and more than that I’m happy I chose Nitasha as my service provider. She did an incredible job from start to finish. Although I have sensitive skin and eyes she was able to work around all the tears and give me the brows I’ve always dreamed of! Seriously, they’re so beautiful I can’t stop looking at them lol. I’m not a super talkative person (and I was tired today) and Nitasha was just the right amount of personable and friendly, but not like talking my ear off or making me feel like I had to talk. I also appreciated the fact that she stayed focused on her craft rather than focusing on the conversation. This allowed me to put my full trust in her even though I could not see what she was doing, I never once questioned if I was going to sit up and hate my brows or not, I just knew they were going to be nice and my expectations were honestly blown out of the water.
