"When I first saw Olena I had been struggling with shoulder and back issues for more than 2 years. I was in pain a lot, sleeping was difficult, and shoulder mobility on my left side was limited. I'm only in my 40s. I had tried multiple physiotherapists in that time, been on rounds of steriods and naproxen, and was still a mess. Within 6 weeks the improvement was incredible. Shoulder mobility was better, pain levels were down. I could turn my head and use my arm without always feeling like I had badly pulled the muscles. I couldn't believe not only the results but how fast they came. Things I had gotten so used to being stiff and sore I didn't even mention them during our first session went away.
