"I would definitely spend a lot more time here if it had more of a feeling to it I’ve always felt like it was a decent experience, but nothing lasting almost as if was the last customer in and I'm talking about at 9/10 pm. I feel the same way about here and Club Dynasty and I wish there were more places for different locations that offered just a more personable experience. I’m not saying that the staff that do work there at any of these places aren’t friendly. They’re all friendly but there’s a feeling of separation, not really sure how else to explain it, I guess I just kind of wish that there was a little bit more of a personable experience"

"Massage was ok but reception is so unorganized. My friend and I arrived just before 7:25pm for our 7:30pm booking. The receptionist guided us to the room and left us unattended for approx. 25 mins. I had to text them at 7:45pm asking where the therapists were (I think the receptionist forgot to notify the therapists that we had arrived). Afterwards when I was ready to pay, the receptionist said it was $100 for two only if I gave a 5-star review, if not, I had to pay regular price. But when I made the booking, they confirmed it was $99 for two and did not mention any requirement. The receptionist said the $99 for two promo ended and I could only get $100 for two if I posted a 5-star review… Not sure why they thought I’d still give a high review after waiting for close to half an hour for the therapists?"
