"Have been to Defy for 2 separate issue on different occasions, both times have had an excellent physiotherapist - friendly, professional, and skilled. I had knee and shoulder issues that were diagnosed and resolved with targeted exercise, successfully without perpetual treatments. Administrative staff are also super friendly and efficient."
