They try and connect and relate to their clients and can actually hold down a conversation. Great people. Even better service. "Beware! Paid in full one year family membership. Then they made 3 unauthorized payment withdrawals amounting to $300+. After the commotion of finally receiving 2 of 3 unauthorized payments, I was advised by telephone message that our membership was cancelled effective immediately and to find another spa. I have only been there once when they guaranteed that they would be able to help with my pain management and I signed and paid in full for a year membership with my Debit Card. These ladies can be just as rude as they are nice and it has been 6+ months with no refund or last correction processed. I should have paid more attention to the sign posted at the counter saying “ no verbal abuse will be tolerated” ( in a spa?). They continually denied that the company ever made mistakes which did become upsetting when their niceness became nastiness. Sad part is that this was a generous gift. They ran under “ Planet Beach Spa” at the time however continue with this new name, same location and same staff/owners. Although hear say, I am aware of two others who had the same experience as myself. They gave up however I am not going to give up to their intimidation.and self righteousness. I just hope this doesn’t or hasn’t happened to someone else."
