"I've been to Zenbar about five times now, and up until recently, every experience had been fantastic. The therapists I've seen in the past were skilled, attentive, and truly helped with my recovery and relaxation needs. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me very disappointed. I was assigned a therapist who, frankly, did not seem confident or knowledgeable. I clearly communicated that I had a recent neck injury and asked for special care around that area as it was healing well. Despite this, only a few minutes into the massage, the therapist applied pressure directly to my neck, aggravating the injury. Since then, I've experienced ongoing neck and back pain that has significantly impacted my daily life. I've now had to attend two physiotherapy sessions to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, I’m still not back to normal. It's frustrating how one negative experience can overshadow so many positive ones. I truly want to continue coming to Zenbar, but now I'm hesitant and unsure if I can trust the consistency of care going forward."

"I have been going to Almas to receive laser treatment for years now. She is always very professional, which makes the uncomfortable procedures much more comfortable and puts you at ease. She always follows up the next day to ensure that everything went well with the procedure. Overall, I am happy with the end result of my treatments. The machine she uses is up to date and I have never had an adverse reaction or negative experience with any of her treatments. The results remain positive at this time, some years later. Beauty and the Spa is a beautiful place."
