"Came here for a massage, first time coming here as my regular place couldn't fit me in on the weekend. Overall the massage was good (went for a relaxation massage) but gave a combination of a little bit of deep tissue which I liked. But I give it 3 stars do to the fact that it was a supper congested area. There was no real place to put my belongs, only had one hook to put my jacket the rest of my belongs went on a chair in a shower that was right beside the bed. Also another reason for the 3 stars is because the bed that I was given barely had any cushion on it. I felt like I was laying on a wood board."

My esthetician, Madison, was absolutely lovely. She struck a perfect balance between being personable and respecting my cues for conversation. She made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. The heated massage bed was a luxurious touch, and I really appreciated how Madison explained each step, tool, and machine she used. Best of all? No pressure at the end—not even to leave a review. I left feeling relaxed, cared for, and not at all pressured. The experience was genuinely great, and I’ll definitely be returning to Serenity Aesthetics."
