"I have never had such a terrible experience at a spa in my life. Walking into the "spa" you will notice that the space is cramped. There is one table to get your nails done and then two tiny rooms on opposite sides of the nail table. When it was my turn to get my eyebrows waxed, the lady called me into the back room and had me lay on the table. She then had this huge bright light turned on right over my face so she could see what she was doing (Its like one of those lights at the gynos office, NOT to be used in a "spa"). I complained about the light, asking if she would be able to dim it down, as it was shining directly in my face. Instead she gave me a kleenex to put over my face and one for my eyes. (WTF!?!) The waxing hurt terribly and 2 days later I still have red spots from where she waxed. When the waxing was done, my eyebrows were still sticky/ tacky from where the wax was. Every other spa that I have been too has cleaned them up nicely and used something calming to wipe over them when they were finished. Here however I left with sticky, red, inflamed eyebrows. Also: the whole time I was there she tried to sell me this natural face toner (?) skin care line that they have. Even when said I wasn't interested, the lady still continued on showing me the products!!! I had to be very direct with her, but then she insisted on telling me how I would like better if my eyebrows were tinted and she could do them for more money (Um... no thank you). This was a terrible experience and I will never go back."

"My boyfriend and I had the most amazing couples massage at Touch Wellness, and we’re still feeling the effects! The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The massage was absolutely incredible. I felt deeply relaxed and well taken care of throughout the entire experience. We also had LED light facials, which left our skin feeling refreshed and glowing. A special shoutout to Daniela—she was phenomenal! Her technique, professionalism, and calming energy made the experience even more special. I look forward to returning!"
