I live in the US so it was incredibly helpful when they told me that I can just buy the certificate on their website. So convenient and easy! My sister went to claim her massage the other day and she told me about how great the place was, how amazing the massage session was, and that they even gave her a plate of sliced mangoes with a “happy birthday” sign on it ???? such a nice touch! "My wife and I visited JJ Family Spa Plus for the first time last month and had a great experience. The spa is clean and well-maintained, though a bit outdated, which is reflected in the reasonable pricing. This isn’t a luxury spa, but it offers an affordable option for regular visits. My wife tried the Korean bath scrub service and absolutely loved it. We enjoyed our time and are looking forward to visiting again tomorrow!"

"TL;DR I asked for a whispy cat-eye style and woke up with caterpillars. I booked here for lashes based on other Google reviews. At my appointment, I told the lash artist that I didn't like fans because they sometimes look chunky on the lashline, and requested strong glue because I was going away for three weeks and wanted the lashes to last. She said I might have gaps on my natural lashes that would require a few fans, and that she would have a look. I told her to choose whatever length and curl she thought would look best. I woke up to russian volume lashes which I was not expecting, nor was I expecting to be charged $150. I protested the upcharge and full volume set, and expressed that I really wasnt happy with how heavy the lashes looked. I had specifically said I didn't like fans and that's all I had on my eyes. I offered to pay the hybrid lash fee of $120+. Rhanda agreed but was icy. Two stars because my retention has been good, even though I have dried glue flaking off my eyelids."

"I have had Danielle massage me quite a few times now and she is super professional, thorough in her assessment and has very strong hands. I have had shoulder problems for quite some time now and a massage from Danielle does wonders!"

"Absolutely horrible experience. It took the owner two hours to remove my previous color and apply a new one. When asked to shorten my nails to half the length, she only rounded them by a few mm's... Which took her an hour. The product that she used bubbled and cooked on my nails leaving it a rough texture, to which she just kept applying more and more layers to hide the fact that there were bubbles and wrinkles. ( I said nothing the entire time and maintained my composure.) Later that evening, a few of my nails had huge chunks of polish that chipped right off. Needless to say, I returned the following day to show her how I was not pleased with the product and she refunded me in full. If you want to be in there for 2+ hours getting a simple Shellac nail polish that is over priced and won't last you a week, then fly at 'er. But I would not recommend this place if you are wanting professional, well executed painted nails. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"I had an incredible deep clean extraction facial at OOYU Skin with aesthetician Nadiia! I came in with clogged pores and a very oily T-zone, and Nadiia worked miracles on my skin. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave me plenty of helpful tips on how to manage my combination skin in this climate. The treatment was almost painless, and I didn’t experience any breakouts afterward, which was amazing. As a bonus, I received some Korean skincare samples to try, and I’m already loving them. Highly recommend Nadiia and OOYU Skin for anyone looking for expert care and great results!"

"I've gone to see Ida for many years. Her professionalism and passion is unbelievable. She takes time with all her clients and will never upsell you in products or services. My skin always feel super soft after her facials. For facials, Ida always uses the best products for your skin and adjusts to weather and your needs. It's never one product or service fits all. If you get massages with her or her staff, they adjust the massages according to your needs and pains. It's a love hate relationship with it comes to massages. Ida always says "no pain no gain", they will hurt but my neck and back always feel great after. This location is clean, welcoming and relaxing. Lots of parking underground and on street."

"I have tried multiple massage therapists here and I’m done trying. I received a massage today where the following things occurred: -I was not asked if there was anything I wanted to be focused on -I was doused with an insane amount of oil; it dripped down my neck and onto my face at the very beginning -I wasn’t asked about injuries etc. until about 20 minutes into the massage -The technique was awful, she just used the same motion over and over again without actually addressing any pin points. A 5 year old could have given a better massage. -There was no pressure, she just moved the oil around. The only time there was pressure was on spots that shouldn’t have a lot of pressure (spine, wrist joints etc). -At the end of the massage she told me “you need to get dressed quickly”. How rude and unprofessional, never mind the fact I had to wipe off a litre of massage oil. I truly question the legitimacy and qualifications of every RMT at this business. In addition, customer service doesn’t seem to be of importance which is truly horrifying. Will not return."

"Booked a massage for 1.5 hours, but ended up not finishing the full hour and a half. Maybe I was unlucky and got a newer massage lady. I paid $144.38 for an hour massage and cupping. It wasn’t worth the money. The massage lady kinda seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She was just rubbing her elbow on the lower part of my back for half the time, even though I mentioned my upper back and shoulders were the main focus. The cupping was worse, my back was dry with no sort of oil or lotion and she rubbed the cups along my back and it HURT ME. I always get my back massaged and cupped at another location in the city. I have never had any issues, but I was in the west end area and this was the only place that had availability during the time I was around. I also got my thong pulled down and ass rubbed, which has never happened to me. Overall, it was uncomfortable and not worth it. The only positive note is that the building was clean and looked decent. Edit * It is the next morning and my back is absolutely killing me. I am so sore and can barely get up out of bed!"

She did an amazing job at relieving the tension in my neck- she took the time to focus on the tense muscles in the front of my neck as well as in my face and scalp to relive my headaches. She was good at checking in to make sure I wasn't in pain or if the pressure was appropriate. I felt a great amount of relief after my last visit. If you are looking for a new massge therapist I would highly recommend Evolution Massage."

Unlike, other chiro clinic where they're so concern about your insurance so they keep booking you even tho u dont need it, this clinic doesnt do that. She only books you when u need it and it transitions to maintenance which is once a month. Highly recommended!"

"Great great place. I find my problem with massage places is that they do not apply enough pressure. This place is not like that. They use a lot of pressure and it's amazing. If you are looking for a light pressure, Enya blasting experience, this is not it. The employees know how to work the muscles and it may be a bit more of an acquired taste but it's amazing.
