"I had a horrible experience, from the time I got there, to even now i’m paying for the hour and 45 minutes i spent there. Let me say, it was incredibly busy, and maybe that’s why part of my experience was not so great but even still. I went to check in, and was told I was too close to my massage time so i needed to go to the treatment rooms right away, then she gave me my locker number and went to serve the people after me. I had to stop her and ask “where exactly are the treatment rooms”. I had never been there before so how would i know? She then points upstairs. After the massage, I went back down as I wasn’t sure where I was to go to change, once again was waved in a direction, i went into the men’s change room. but my mistake. It was so busy I could barely get changed into my swim suit. Was also weirded out they don’t provide sandles like most spas i’ve been to do, but that’s on me for not checking. I had to ask another customer to help me out as I felt so utterly lost… why couldn’t they have taken the time to explain the facilities I felt so lost that I didn’t even want to change. Alas, I went to the pool area. I guess there was some sort of ritual you were to do, but it was never explained so I went to a pool sat there, couldn’t relax as I felt like I had to be missing something. tried the steam rooms and then decided to just go home. The shower to rinse before/after the scrub wouldn’t turn off so I gave up and left, got changed and had my ride pick me up. Now for the fun part. That night i started to get these spots on my arm, didn’t think much of it…. well it’s been over a week now and I want to cut my arm off. Doctor says I have swimmers itch, caused by a parasite… I will note i can’t prove it, but i wasn’t outside nor in a body of water for a long period time before this date… so beware… it could happen to you, think it was bad luck for me… but since im still dealing with it, its left such a bad taste in my mouth, all together bad bad bad bad experiences"

"I was very dissapointed.i have specific pain due to car accidents and I was cold in room. This therapist refuses to listen to what I needed. She did not drape me and I was freezing. And she asked me how much would I tip her in the end. If I could give zero stars I would. Why would I pay someone for a massage that a shiatsu massage machine would do better."
