"The pros: Come here for RMT. The RMTs, especially Olivia, are awesome which is why I keep returning. Also, it’s convenient for Abbotsford where there aren’t a lot of premium spas. The cons: They charge a facility fee of $3.50, so you may as well use the steam/locker room. They don’t offer any deodorant or basic hair care products like hairspray, mousse etc. so you have to bring all those. There is only very basic hairdryer without a diffuser - no flat iron or curling iron. Their combs are in barbicide, so I never use those. They used to have quality shampoo/conditioner in the showers (Moroccan Oil) and now have a no name one that seems way lower quality. There is no hand or body lotion so be prepared for dry skin if you do shower there, or bring your own. I find the lack of amenities surprisingly as most spas I’ve been to at this premium price point have these. The lockers are way too small. They need to have some that are double the size. There was a wait for the showers at my last visit and the drain was very slow. When I checked out, the girl at reception made an error (twice) and instead of apologizing, I got total frostiness while she corrected it. A smile would have gone a long way. She definitely shouldn’t be in customer service or at least needs some retraining. To be fair, her colleague next to her did offer me an apologetic smile. I think even she noticed the frostiness! Overall, may be worth the drive to go somewhere else."

"I absolutely love coming to this salon! They always do a fantastic job with my eyebrows and waxing, and their dandruff treatment made such a difference for me. I recently got my hair colored here, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! The staff is so good—they’re friendly, skilled, and really make you feel at ease. "The best laser experience ever. From a laser technician who gave me burn marks to Kam has been the best transition ever. I have seen a noticeable difference in my hair growth and love how she makes sure to tell you about all the steps when you begin. She is kind and polite and is very professional in her job. Her new location is amazing and I could not recommend her enough!"

I have been getting my treatments for past 5 years. My results were amazing from first visit and they just keep getting better. "Oh my goodness. I have used this salon twice for my hair. My first visit was awesome but let me tell you about my last visit. Sarah went beyond expectations to help my very dear friend who suffers from agoraphobia. Sarah highlighted her hair with a vast of autumn colors and a cut that was gorgeous. She was beaming. I also had a haircut which was wonderful but I was more focused on my friend. She deserved this and Sarah made everything possible. Thank you ????"

"Stephanie is profession and knows her stuff! I recently came to Stephanie after going elsewhere for a few months and seeing no results. Aside from being so sweet and caring, her treatments are unique and effective, and I always leave feeling much more loose and invigorated. Whether my neck and shoulders are sore from sitting at a desk all day or I have a specific weird pain or issue, she always finds the problem and knows how to fix me up. "Well my issue is I was looking for a new therapist but there is no info about who would fit for me. Just providing a name to book for me isn't a good method for me. I called the number but only got a answering machine. Are all the names massage therapists? Which do sports injuries? Which are strong and deep tissue? Which are not? It's too bad because it's close to my house so would of been convenient."
