"I made an appointment for foot reflexology. It is actually not foot reflexology or a foot reflexologist it was just a foot massage just to be specific because I really needed reflexology. Also to be noted ,the massage was done in what appears to be a waiting room where you first come in so the receptionist is right there and people are coming in and out of treatment rooms therefore it affects your experience and for me took away from it being relaxing. I also have tailbone issues so the fact that I had to sit in a chair for the massage rather than being flat out on a bed like a normal reflexologist does made it quite uncomfortable. I would just like them to be more upfront and admit instead of what I think was an attempt to hide the fact that you're not getting foot reflexology which is VERY different from a massage"

"The owner is not clean with her tools! She will bring them to the front, touch money, set them down with the money then take you into the room and use those dirty tools on your eyes! It’s nasty! I have asked many people that go here if she does this with them and they all said yes now that they think of it. And we have NEVER seen her clean the tools after or before us!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!"

"I wasn't sure what to expect, I booked a last minute massage on good friday and was not disappointed. Easy online booking and direct billing was just the beginning. The clinic is super clean and the massage bed smelled so fresh and clean. I got in with Marc Dumont. We had a brief chat before my treatment and discussed what I wanted and that's exactly what I got. Consistent perfect pressure and he didn't talk a lot except to ask if the pressure was ok, and ensure I was comfortable. I've had loads of massages, and rarely do I get what I want, but I did here. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend Marc to others!"

She’s always up to try new designs and ensures you are happy at every step of the appointment ☺️ All the staff are nothing but kind and welcoming. Sometimes they can run a bit behind in schedule but it’s only because they are so busy which is great to see in a local business! Definitely my favourite place for nails!"
