"I’m writing this review today to highlight one of the many fantastic employees at this location. Today Lori went absolutely above and beyond for me. I was having difficulty with a prescription being sent off to my pharmacy, as the fax machine was not working. I was unable to go get the form either before closing, so Lori volunteered on her own personal lunch break to physically bring the form to the pharmacy for me. She did not have to go out of her way this much for me and I’m incredibly grateful she did. It shows me how much she cares for the client. I have always respected this clinic as all of the ladies have been incredibly helpful and the location is very clean and presentable. I am now a life time customer due to what Lori did for me, and I’ll make sure to recommend everyone I know to this location! Thanks!"

"Nice facilities and I enjoyed the steam but I found the services underwhelming for the price. I’ve done treatments at the Ritz, Shangri-la and St Regis in Toronto and for a somewhat similar price point found that experience much more worthwhile. I did the Signature Cela Luxury Spa Ritual - this is a 90 min treatment so I expected to leave feeling like I was walking on a cloud - I did not. It’s an interesting treatment including a multiple step bathing and exfoliating treatment on a heated stone flat bed but I was most looking forward to the head, neck and shoulder massage during the hair treatment and it was totally skipped over! Like maybe there was 30 seconds of a neck shoulder/type massage but no pressure and the head treatment again had no massage or scalp scrub element to it - the hair washing at my hair salon is more relaxing. I was with a group and I actually thought it was maybe just my girl but the others expressed their disappointment at also not receiving any sort of head, shoulder and neck massage during their exact same treatment. I’ve had exfoliating and cream application treatments before elsewhere and they’ve just felt more relaxing - like how they applied the cream had more of a massage element to it. Maybe this type of treatment wasn’t for me but just kind of disappointed overall. This place is very close to my condo and I don’t think I’ll go back. As I said not horrible just not worth the money."

At oriental natural health spa, the massage parlour is filled with empathetic masseuse accompanied by a very nice and humble owner, who genuinely cares about your aches and discomfort and will make a truly sincere effort to rejuvenate your health. I was going for a 30min massage. The experience was so heavenly that I ended up with a 90min massage at my request. For the first time, I received a proper massage. For the first time in 12 years! Don’t bother trying anywhere else in Toronto. At the other places where spas claim to be RMT registered? (Cough health one cough) my god. If you go anywhere else with your employers benefits, other masseuse will charge a ridiculous amount just for 60min ($225-$500!) and the young masseuse there at the well (just an example) did NOTHING for the entire 60min. She lightly rubbed around one side of my back which costs amazingly 1hr, then forgot the other side of my back. She was so delusional about her level of competence that she told me “I might experience soreness when I go home”. Me: “lol, are you serious? I am still sore and stiff, and you did nothing while taking my money and time. Not a fair transaction-Sis.” In conclusion, if you want to avoid wasting tons of time and money on bad insincere delusional masseuse, just come here. I did all my research on masseuse parlours with 12 years of experience in Toronto. Happy to benefit future torontonians."

I saw Rayanne who was thorough with questions to make sure I got a perfect service, and gave me some great advice. "I had a lovely, relaxing time at this spa celebrating a birthday with my best friend. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and accommodating. After we came out of the hot tub, they offered us fresh robes and slippers before our treatments, which was a great touch and made us feel extra pampered! My friend and I both got facials, and we felt very soothed and refreshed after our treatments. The ambience is also calming with lots of natural light. The facilities include a dining/quiet lounge, eucalyptus steam room, hot tub and a salt water pool. The CN tower is visible from the skylights above the pool. The lounge had tea, fruit infused water, and an assortment of fruit. While the facilities weren't as luxurious as those in 5-star hotels, we felt that all in all, this day spa was excellent for the price point. I will definitely be coming back for more spa days."

"Went with my bf for a birthday celebration and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed warmly, asked if we needed a place to store our bags, and provided with locker keys. Each locker had a robe, disposable slippers, and a towel for us to use. Towels were also plentiful by the pool and inside the locker rooms. Jonievy and Regina did an amazing job with our massages. My bf wanted deep tissue and I got a regular massage and they were able to do them at the same time in the same room, which was nice. After the massages, they told us not to leave. Debbie brought in complimentary sparkling wine and a dessert plate for my birthday. Debbie was very helpful, providing us with water and ensuring we were taken care of before and after our massages and also later when we came back to use the pool, hot tub, and steam rooms. All in all, we had an amazing time. All staff were kind, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and come again!"

"Would not recommend this place. I got a lash lift from one of the Technicians and she blatantly ignored my request. I asked for a more natural C-curve before the session and she said that she will look to see what rod fits me, but ended up giving me a lash lift with a very abrupt L-curve. Because my lashes are quite straight naturally, after a few weeks it's just a mess as the lift starts to become undone, my natural lashes and the abrupt L-curve are just fighting each other."

The aestician who did my mud wrap and facial was so sweet and calm, she listened to me yammer a little and was extremely gentle and thorough. "I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. One day before the appointment, I received both an email and a phone message reminding me of the appointment. When arriving at the appointed time, I was told that the appointment had been cancelled because she was not feeling well. I have problem with her cancelling the appointment but she never notified me about it! She subsequently emailed me claiming that she sent me a message through email but I never received it! Only a confirmation email and a reminder email! This is very unprofessional and I am extremely angry about the way I was treated!"

"Sarah Fafard gave me the best massage I had ever had—until I booked with her sister, Rachel. I’m not exaggerating when I say both were phenomenal. Sarah delivered an incredibly deep massage, which is hard to find, while also knowing when to use a gentler touch. Then Rachel somehow took it to another level. They’re both incredibly skilled, and everyone here has a good soul. Very informed staff and the massage clinic itself is well equipped and clean."

"I booked a relaxation massage and made it very clear to the therapist that I had extremely sore and tender shoulders, and that I needed low pressure. Despite bringing this up multiple times during the session, she didn’t adjust or seem to listen at all. Not only did the massage lack any real flow—she jumped randomly between body parts with no rhythm—it also included strange, scratching-like movements that were uncomfortable. The use of hot towels was also concerning; she would toss them straight onto the floor after using them, which felt unsanitary given that those towels are meant to be used on various parts of the body. Most upsetting of all, the massage actually triggered additional shoulder pain. I’ve been experiencing sharp, lingering pain in that area for the past two weeks, and it’s made daily activities more difficult. This was, unfortunately, one of the worst massage experiences I’ve had. I’m very disappointed, not just with the service, but with the negative effect it’s had on my body."

"I had booked a massage on Dec 4th for Dec 5 via the online booking engine - received 2 emails shortly thereafter confirming my appointment. When I arrived for appointment tonight after driving 30 minutes to get there, the receptionist stated that my appointment had been cancelled and "didn't you read the email?" that had been sent today (after the confirmation email had already been received on Dec 4) asking for 50% payment in advance by 11am in order to hold the spot. I pulled up my email and found it in the junk folder. When asked why they didn't call, she stated that they didn't have my number. This is something that could have been easily prevented if they had asked for my phone number during the online registration process! I was a client several years ago, but it looks like they didn't have that info in their current system. Also, their booking engine had clearly stated " For this service, pay at the time of your appointment instead of through the website." If it would have stated "You need to pay 50% in advance to keep your spot" I would have called in the morning to sort it out instead of wasting my time and gas driving 1 hour there and back only to find out it had been cancelled! The receptionist did state there was time for a relaxation massage tonight but not with an RMT but a) I am in considerable discomfort and needed targeted work done by an RMT and b) would not be able to relax at this point! No apologies about the misunderstanding or lack of clarity regarding the expectation to pay 50% in advance. it felt like they didn't really care that they cancelled the appointment on me. I went back to my car and then I see the RMT I was supposed to have had an appointment with walking down the back stairs to leave with another staff member and overheard them snarking about "people who think they can just walk in and get a massage without an appointment." I do hope they were referring to another client, because ????????????????????????."

"Over the past few years, I have been to orthopaedic surgeons for my injured knee. I was always offered either cortisone injections or a knee replacement. Both were unacceptable. Last month at my appointment, I could hardly walk, unable to weight bear on my left knee and in extreme pain. Again, I was offered cortisone injections or a knee replacement. I refused due to side effects. A friend had told me about a new massage therapist she had. I decided to try the massage that very afternoon, being totally frustrated at the medical system. This new therapist was Todd. Fortunately, he had an appointment open for that very afternoon. So I basically went from the surgeons appointment to visit Todd for a massage. I walked into his studio unable to walk unaided and in extreme pain. I left an hour later walking normally and without pain. Almost 2 months later I am walking normally and without pain. Not only is Todd extremely skillful, but he has a great attitude. Need I say more!"
