"I just visited this spa after not being here for a while and got the aroma scalp, neck and back massage done by Ruth. The whole experience was amazing. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind. Then Ruth came out to get me and introduced herself to me before taking me back into the room. Before we got started she did a consultation to go over any concerns I may have and talked me through what I should expect from the massage. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole massage. When the massage was over, Ruth took the time to answer any questions I may have and even showed me a few massage techniques I can do at home to help my neck. 10/10 I would recommend going to Ruth! I already have my next appointment booked!! :)"

"We all know people leave more bad reviews than good ones. So be wary of the bad ones for this spa. The building took a second to find but because I am always early it wasn't an issue. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Karilyn brought me in right away and had me waxed and out the door in no time. I am extremely impressed with the service and pricing. There ladies obviously work hard and do a great job! I will be back and will be recommending for friends to also try their services."

"I recently visited the Blue Lagoon Spa, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members, Mia. From the start, Mia was rude and unhelpful—she was short with her responses and did not seem interested in addressing my concerns. At one point, she even told me to "never pick me again," which felt incredibly disrespectful. It's a shame because the spa itself has a great reputation and a relaxing ambiance, but this encounter really soured my visit. Customer service is a crucial part of any spa experience, and unfortunately, Mia's behavior left much to be desired. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests have a more pleasant experience."

As a bus driver my back takes a pounding on a daily basis on our Sudbury roads and after a short interview to explain my areas of concern she got to work on my back and neck and an hour later I walked out feeling like a million dollars.
