"The RMT complained the whole time about hating being there to do massage, that she was retiring but had to work, she complained about her pains and illness etc. The room smelled like mould, no ventilation and I worried if she had covid. I will never go to this clinic again. Working in someones energy field is sacred work and a treatment should not be given by someone angry and sick. ????????"

"I had an aromatherapy facial today with Anastasia and it was possibly the BEST facial I have ever had! She was so attentive to my skin needs, and had hand/foot/scalp massages while products were doing their work on my face. It was AMAZING and I will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend!"

"Been years since I last came to visit Vancouver. After a long day exploring the city my body gave in. This was the first time getting a foot and neck massage here at Big Feet. Was recommended by a friend and now I strongly recommend it to everyone. Fair price, and a great massage! The staff were friendly and professional , felt like I got new legs when the session was done! Will def come back before I leave to Toronto!"

"If I could give this salon a negative 10, I would. I went here for a massage when I was pregnant and was really excited to go back. Called 10 times no response. We even called to try and book my daughters hair cuts and even left voicemails. I always give people chances so we tried again.. Left voicemails no call backs, finally by luck someone called back and we booked a massage one for me and one for my husband. I show up 25 min before and i decided to sit outside on the step since the door was locked. 15 min before my appointment i tried knocking to no response, i tried calling nothing. I waited until 15 minutes after my appointment until i saw another customer leaving and the hair stylist said she would go and check for me. She comes out and tells me, can you wait another 15 minutes because we tried calling you and no one answered... the audacity to tell me this when i was outside for 25 minutes waiting... I told her that I got no calls and id like to know who called me because i was outside in front of the door. It's one thing to come and tell me "I am sorry we are running late today do you mind waiting?" , I would have waited no problem, but to lie and say someone tried calling? I left and canceled my husbands appointment. It's crazy that they "tried calling" but didn't bother to come to the door where I waited for 30 minutes... at this point its just a matter of principle, disgusting service. DON'T waste your time."

My hair stylist Kelly is amazing as well, she did a great job with my hair and I have changed my hair colour couple times with her. Friendly and clean environment and great customer service."
