"Visited yesterday for a couple’s Thai massage and was assisted by Annie and Patricia. They were warm, welcoming, and handled our last-minute appointment with promptness and care! I really appreciated how they checked for details before the session—like preferred pressure level and areas needing focus—to ensure a personalized experience. Annie was highly professional throughout. While I do wish they had a shower option, they did a great job using hot towels to remove the oil, leaving me feeling refreshed ????‍♀️ Post-massage, they offered hot tea and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful and rejuvenating touch! Definitely recommended and looking forward to revisiting ✌️"

I happen to come across this salon, I saw Sarah in December and wow she did an incredible job on my long to short hair transformation. I was so in love with my hair. I just came in for another cut two months later and again she knocked it out of the park. I think I have found my place for hair and will also look at other spa sevices here."

"I would give zero stars if I could. I went for a lash lift and tint. Left with no lift and a dark eyelid. I had a gift card from the year prior and upon booking, they had posted that they were accepting those gift cards until dec 31, 2024. I called the spa before I booked my appointment and they confirmed that they were still accepting them. When I got my service done I was no happy with the results. This had nothing to do with the girl herself, she was very sweet. However her technique was very dated and it reflected in her work unfortunately. I usually am never one to complain about the outcome on a review, but the customer service was complete garbage. When I went to pay, I showed them my giftcard and they said they stopped accepting them back in September? Don’t know where this came from as their staff literally confirmed less than 2 weeks prior. They told me there was nothing they could do and I had to pay. Not to mention I drove 40 minutes from mission to pay $94 dollars and left looking the same as when I went in. I texted the manager and she said they will not do any refunds. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Seems like they are scamming tons of people with this same issue and not communicating amongst themselves. Highly DO NOT recommend this place."

"Came here for a girls spa day and was left disappointed. Firstly, the whirlpool wasn't working & that was the whole point of us going! The sauna fit 1 person, I kid you not. I guess you could squeeze 2 people in there but it's a TIGHT fit. So we had to take turns in the sauna, one at a time. We all got massages, but the massages were therapeutic and definitely not for sore muscles. Also, I ended up getting a terrible allergic reaction to the massage oil used - I had welts for 2 days. That's never happened before at any other spa. The spa itself was clean but very small. The changeroom had 5 women in it, and it was too crowded. I likely won't be back."

"I have been going to Stillwater for years before Renos. My first visit back since the updates! No hot tub or pods but the space was lovely. The waiting area rest lounge was comfortable and there are delicious desserts. The menu rotates but lucky me the caramel black sesame tarts and scones were amazing! Sloan teas and some juices are available to order and free of charge. The wet and dry sauna in the change room were great. The space is smaller but the service is still top notch and a wonderful spa experience."

"I recently visited the Guerlain Spa at X Hotel in Toronto, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease. The ambiance was soothing, and the spa itself is beautifully designed. I enjoyed a fantastic ‘ Lymphatic Drainage ’ massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The free six-hour parking was also a great perk. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind in a luxurious setting!"

"This is hard to post but… I will say that a few instructors are some of the best in the city! And the look of the facilities are wonderful but I am constantly disappointed and concerned for the cleanliness of this space. I was an active unlimited member from April to September of 2024 and then I found real human faeces on a towel.. after reporting my concerns I was given a whole $25 credit. I have returned this month because I missed the instructors a lot but on top of the cleanliness still not being great (mouldy showers) really dirty saunas with me finding a screw in one another down fall I have to say is the app and as people have mentioned the double chargers. I have been 2 times charged for late or cancellation fees of classes I have checked into to the point where honestly I leave the bank account that’s attached to this membership empty sometimes because I know they will charge me. When I returned this spring they charged me twice for my card. I did get a refund but I had to ask. As someone who has worked in luxury services such as cricket/ country clubs this kind of service is not to be expected for the price your paying a month. I really wanted this experience with sweat and tonic to be better because of some great instructors but I will have to think twice about if I buy this after my work trip or if I switch to equinox Attached are pictures of the poop towel I was given One class credit for in the fall and the screw in the-small sauna."

"Affordable, nice, relaxing spa/sauna experience. My family and I did two hours there. There are 4-5 different saunas, and three individual showers with doors, and one open shower. They're all kinda in one area? With lockers and all. So like other comments below, if you are looking for luxurious spa with lounges and all, I'd recommend other spaces. However, pretty good for the price and if you want to just Sauna and shower."

"Extremely over priced, on top of that so people are always talking loudly in every sauna and making relaxation very difficult and awkward, bad customer service and will charge you for any late times and rarely answer phone calls or call back. You’d think they would ask people to not talk so loudly but it seems to just be an environment of socialization instead of detoxification healing and relaxation. It’s just weird. Every time. Thought it would be a good place and gave it a handful of chances but it’s never a good experience for what you pay. Would never go back. For almost half the price you can have a wonderful quiet sauna elsewhere. (Marda loop redox is the best)"

"It was lovely meeting Katelyn at Skinecht for my complimentary facial from Grinn Dental Hygiene. I added on a dermaplaning treatment as well as a jelly mask. I loved the overall experience and the cozy feel to the studio. I especially enjoyed the Visia skin analysis.
