"I really needed a refreshing head massage and found this place. My experience here was amazing! I loved it! You get to choose from different aromas like sandalwood, lavender, ocean and many more. Kana did an excellent job at making me feel relaxed. I didn't realize how much I needed the neck massage as well. Kana applied perfect amount of pressure on all the areas. Both my scalp and hair are feeling so light weighted. I had the best sleep that night after spa. Would definitely be going back here soon!"

"Glen is an absolutely amazing therapist with over 30 years of experience. His incredible breadth of knowledge coupled with his kindness and empathy made that the single best appointment I’ve ever had. He took the time to assess not only the parts of my back that I had come for but my entire body all the while explaining to me how everything is connected and shed light on issues I’ve had for as long as I can remember. It felt like a light went inside my head and a big “ohhh!” Moment. It was the first of many many more to come. "Top Medi Spa in Kamloops ! I have had treatments ranging from hot stone massage, facials and peels. Recently I had Photo Rejuvenation and the results are mind blowing. My skin looks so good and people notice. Karen is very knowledgeable and professional, her spa is clean and comfortable and smells amazing. I highly recommend if you have skin pigment issues to go see her and to experience the other treatments she offers."

Both practitioners spent a full hour assessing, discussing, and working on my body. After suffering a severe injury to the knee and not having a great physio/recovery experience I walked away from my appointments feeling well taken care of and back on track for recovery. "Gorgeously decorated and clean clinic in Kamloops. Dr. Brink is such a skilled injector. Getting treatment with him was such a breeze. He has many techniques to maximize comfort. Carleen is so personable and knowledgeable. Her smile is so comforting. Laura Lee is so intelligent and quick with her assistance. The entire team here is phenomenal. It’s evident they care. I am blown away by how comfortable the treatment was and my results. If you’re in the area and looking for treatment, I highly recommend this clinic. Even if you aren’t in the area, it’s worth a special trip. ;)"

"Had a very disappointing session with Abbie. I was looking to get a deep tissue massage but she was really really bad at it. She put pressure on wrong areas that didn’t release the stiffness of my muscles but was oddly painful. I was hoping the session to be done asap. After my session, she shared the names of other massage therapists that are good at deep tissue massage so I believe she’s aware of this too. While I appreciate her acknowledgment, this should have been communicated with me before I booked a session. If I knew she was bad at deep tissue massage, I would have not booked it in the first place. So it was a complete waste of my time and money. I wonder if she’s very junior considering that she also left an excessive amount of oil on my body and accidentally ended 10 min earlier (which she apologized and reduced my rate accordingly). I’m writing this not to hurt her feelings but to be transparent that the massage was not meeting my expectations."

"I've been visiting Body Blitz Adelaide for over 10 years, and it’s always been a wonderful experience. My favorite option is combining one of their glow/scrub treatments with time in the waters. It’s definitely less busy earlier in the day, so I recommend aiming to be in the pool by early afternoon—this way, you'll finish your treatment around 4 PM, which feels like the perfect way to wrap up the visit. While the treatments aren’t cheap, they’re definitely a treat! That said, I do have a few suggestions for improvement: - Hairdryers at the East location: I visited your East location today and noticed the hairdryers are quite old and slow. A refresh would be much appreciated! - Drinking water in the spa: I remember when the spa offered infused water with plastic cups for refills. Now, it’s just a basic water fountain—please consider upgrading this to something nicer. - Booking system issue: When booking via a mobile browser, I didn’t notice that it defaulted to the King East location instead of Adelaide, where I always go. This led to a last-minute rush between locations, leaving me with only 30 minutes in the water circuit. I spoke with staff at both locations, and it seems to be a bug—so be sure to double-check your location if booking via mobile browser! - Tipping policy: Body Blitz used to be a tip-free establishment, but this changed quietly a few years ago. It would be great if this policy was communicated more clearly. Overall, I still love coming here, but a few small upgrades and fixes would make the experience even better!"

I accidentally left my gold chain behind, and to my amazement, the owner and staff went out of their way to call me and ensure it was returned. Their honesty and integrity are unmatched. "Editing my review after today’s experience. I specifically mentioned at the time of booking that I need the massage therapist to focus on my lower back and legs considering I severely sprained my lower back a couple of weeks ago. The massage therapist said she can’t do glutes and I said I know what the “no go” areas are. However, not only did she refuse to massage the lower back area, I got a nice lecture on how I should be going to a Chiropractor and Physiotherapist instead. She went on to say that it’s the area where the spinal cord is so they don’t massage that. I never asked her to massage my spinal cord! The sides of my lower back?? Hello???I didn’t say a word after that as I knew she wasn’t cooperating. Then when I told her my knee joint hurts as well, she said can’t do as there’s a bone there and we can’t touch it!!!! This has been the most rotten experience so far! All she did was splatter my body with tons of oil and just wipe it off with a warm towel after some strokes here and there. It’s a shame I am regular at this location but have been seeing other therapists. This lady I’d never recommend. I think she wasn’t happy with the time I chose for my massage. I had gotten a call earlier asking if I could come early for the massage and I turned down the offer as I was busy with my personal work. But I’d never go back as it’s money down the drain. I went there to get some relief for my lower back and legs and all I got instead was some lecture on no go areas, Chiropractors etc. Very very disappointed and yes I got zero relief or relaxation."

"Nina is a massage ninja! This is my 3rd massage. She is a great listener, focused, intuitive and will find all your trouble spots and treat them accordingly, with your preferred pressure! You get to choose your own essential oil and drift away to relaxation as she does exactly what is needed. She even used a hot stone to warm up my ouchy areas. Her studio is beautiful and impeccably clean. Her personality is warm and caring. I have a very physical job and I feel therapeutic relief that lasts, when I see her."

"Clean, professional, reasonable prices! I am very loyal to my barber so it usually takes a lot for me to switch over. However with Neo, I was very satisfied with his services. Men’s cut start at $37 and this includes a wash as well. He tries to understand his customers and will take notes on his iPad on preferences so you don’t need to repeat yourself next time. As for the perms, I was very happy with the result. They also have a special machine which cools down the hair at the end of the treatment in order to lock in the curls better (haven’t seen this at many salons before). The facilities are very clean and modern, which makes the experience that much better. If you’re into Korean hairstyles, definitely give this place a shot."

He took care to cover my face while washing my hair (I can’t get water in my eyes)., and gave me a great hair wash and style, as well as recommended a few products that he used on my hair. "We had a couples massage scheduled and confirmed it the day before because their online scheduling is not great. They only scheduled ONE massage therapist for the couples massage so I called to confirm. The night before our appointment we were stuck in the terrible Whitemud closure due to the insane snowfall, so the day off I had to cancel because our car is STILL on the Whitemud (we aren't). The woman did not even listen and could not wait to let me finish speaking to tell me about the cancellation fee because of a 24 hour rule. Which in normal circumstances I totally understand. So we got charged the cancellation fee, which is the most money they will ever see out of us. She couldn't even listen to me telling her we don't have our car due to the snowstorm. What was supposed to be a nice end to spring break was super disappointing, non empathetic and hardly showcasing the type of people I want working on my body."

"I've had two appointments here: Biologique Recherche, and Facial Sculpting. Though both practitioners were nice and tried to make me feel comfortable (I'm new to these types of things), I really don't think these appointments were worth it. I went in for a consult, wanting the sculpting massage, and she said she wanted to do the biologique recherche first. I didn't really want multiple appointments as it's quite expensive, but I figured I may as well give it a go. The biologique recherche was incredibly painful, and I felt so ugly afterward. I didn't notice any difference in my skin. The facial sculpting was a strange, unpleasant experience, and I also did not notice any difference, either aesthetically or feeling-wise as I had hoped it would help with jaw pain. The next day, my skin was red and burning. I've spent over $600 here (after tips), and I think that's enough for me."

"I decided to come to this spa to get some laser hair removal done because my coworker mentioned the place to me. Had a bit of trouble locating the shop at first which definitely is Apple Maps fault, not the spa's. I was greeted immediately and was placed in my own room to get the treatment. The staff was super helpful and informative throughout the whole treatment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Overall, the experience and the PRICES were amazing enough that I not only rebooked for another laser hair removal appointment, but also a microneedling treatment not even a full 2 weeks after my initial visit. He had a foot massage that made his feet feel great and the pedicure was done beautifully! I would highly recommend this salon! PS I have also had my ingrown toenails completely remedied here and absolutely love the my nails. They have a great selection of options and are very reasonably priced!"

"I had received a certificate from my boyfriend who won it in a raffle, and i decided to give them a chance. I had booked an appointment with natalie. I walked in running a little bit late due to the drive and finding parking. I was greeted disrespectfully with “are you jessica? your late i was about to order food”. I apologized for being late as i’m not very familiar with the area. I was told i couldn’t do a pedicure as she didn’t have time. I told her i had an acrylic overlay and needed it removed and she filled my nails down with a drill and didn’t take it off with the acetone and foils which severely damaged my nails. I had picked a simple colour with some glitter and i got the complete opposite of what i asked for. My nails were all different shapes , i had nail polish in my cuticles and i had mentioned twice that she missed a spot while she was talking amongst co-workers and replied “good eye” .After it came down to giving my certificate i was told i would owe money. Luckily the other girl working in there said she was incorrect and said my total. My certificate was valid for 70$ and my total came to 64$. i had to go get my nails redone the following day as i was super unimpressed. It was my first time here and i most definitely won’t be returning. I felt like my service was rushed and sloppy because i had a certificate instead of cash. For a place that’s is that nice on the inside you would expect a decent service. the first photo was the inspo, the second two photos were what i received from flo and the third picture was my nails after i got them redone. 64$ is outrageous for what i got!!!!!!! so disappointed"

"5/5 for the quality of service! The only downside is that management seriously needs to consider hiring a receptionist. The phone is never answered and I tried and failed several times to buy gift certificates. It is unfair to expect the excellent nail techs to tend to reception while serving clients."
