"Called to cancel my appointment because I was really sick, and instead of understanding, I got a lecture about how irresponsible I was and how someone came in just for me. I get policies, but shaming people for being unwell? Not professional, not kind. Won’t be back. I had to cancel last minute due to being genuinely sick, and instead of basic understanding, I was met with a guilt trip. The follow-up response even disclosed that it was a Botox appointment — super unprofessional. Maybe focus more on training your staff in respectful communication and client privacy."
