"I had a lot of problems while setting up the packages. They change their policies whenever it is to their advantage and they don't stand by their words. THIS IS DISHONESTY! THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED. I had lost all confidence in their business tactics and no matter how good or cheap they are, it is not worth my while to go back! I bought 2 packages from them. I was told the package costed $610 which provide 12 sessions. I was told I could pay with credit card for all services and packages. I used 2 sessions to pick a good therapist (Mike). When I set up my first package after the second session, the owner William wasn’t there and the lady in charge that day insisted that the package be paid with cash. When I asked if I could pay with a debit card, she said no and I asked why, she replied: ‘No reason, we just like cash!’ So, I paid for this session with a credit card and set up the 1st package with cash next time. I got 12 sessions for that package. They sent a receipt to me after each session showing the total value of the package minus the amount they charge for each session used, showing a balance. Before I purchased the 2nd package, I called William and asked him if he would accept credit card payment, and he said: “Sure, we accept credit card payments for all our services and packages.” I paid for the 2nd one with a credit card. However, when I got the receipt I saw that the amount they deducted for each session was much higher than those of the first package. I asked William for an explanation. He was unable to explain and finally said that he didn’t understand the bookkeeping, he said that those numbers didn’t matter and that he would guarantee that I get 12 sessions. However, I was told that I had only 1 session left after my 10th session. I asked why and William held up the receipt and said: “See, your balance showed that it had only enough for one more session!” I said I should get 12, and he suddenly told me that they were doing a ‘promotion’ and he could give me a bonus of 2 sessions with the VIP package! Meanwhile, CoCo, who replaced Mike, interrupted to say: “The package must be paid in cash!” At that point, I felt cheated and really lost all confidence in their business tactics."

"I have been going to this spa for years. It looks a bit scary or strange. Not to worry the owner is super nice and has a fluffy white puddle. The lady who works there is excellent. I usually go every Saturday for 60 min massage."

"Warm and inviting ppl. Had a 60min Swedish massage with Lucy, and although they don't have RMTs, Lucy is very thorough, and IF you need she can be really strong at kneading muscles. She was very open to paying attention to other part such as my neck when I asked and was accommodating to when I needed pressure changed. Lucy is definitely recommended, her English is great and she can conversate on almost any topic if you want a chat, otherwise she can let you relax and enjoy the session. As for the venue, they even have a shower with amenities so if you want you can take a shower. It's a very clean, standing-shower with a toilet and all sorts of lotions and shampoos. The lounge there is water, a TV. Overall, pretty nice place and nice folks."

"I did not have a great experience here. I booked a lymphatic drainage massage. I felt very uncomfortable. I was led to a basement room, the treatment room was in a glass/partition space within the basement room. I could hear everything outside of the treatment room, talking laughing, etc. The practitioner was not very welcoming, it was all very robotic and her attitude towards me was cold. I did not receive any followup advice or offered a followup appointment or told when I should come back to maintain my treatment or results. I've had better experiences elsewhere with better results. I gave 2 stars because the person who helped take my payment was very warm, nice and welcoming but now I'm realizing of course they would be nicer when the time for me to pay and tip came. Very disappointed because I heard so many great things about Tight Clinic being luxe, it did not feel luxe and I was not treated like a luxe client."

"I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with Yeung Lam. As a female client, I found his behavior to be inappropriate for several reasons: 1. He was not wearing a uniform, which I believe is unprofessional. 2. He initially wanted to perform the massage without through towels but directly touch my skin, which I questioned him and also asked got towels on me. This is unusual compared to other massage I have visited. 3. He consistently pointed out my stretching abilities, making comments that my body is stiff, which felt disrespectful. 4. The overall process felt disorganized and not systematic. I have alerted him many times to keep distant from my face, head, hand, which he should have asked if I want him to touch that part, but he didn’t. He talked to me using Chinese without asking me if I want to communicate in Chinese. He read my address and commented that I live closed to this place, which is an intrusion to my privacy info. As a young female client, I found the experience to be uncomfortable and disrespectful."
