"My friend and I had a lovely time at Sabai Thai New West. The atmosphere is very calming, clean and beautiful inside. We had the Pure Serenity massage & facial combo. Netting was my massage therapist and facial therapist and she did such a wonderful job! The medium tissue massage was perfect and the facial left my face and neck very hydrated. My sensitive, dry skin was very happy and not irritated at all. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend Sabai Thai for a Treat Yourself Day!"

"Absolutely LOVE Urban Bliss. I've been getting regular facials with Lina since July of 2023 and have had the most amazing experience everytime! All of the staff are so kind and welcoming and the environment is so cozy and calming. Lina is such a sweet and calming person who makes you feel truly pampered and taken care of ever single time. She gives great recommendations and always a few free samples of products and my skin always feels refreshed after a facial at Urban Bliss. A little chocolate to take home and glass of water at check out are just a few of the cute little details they ensure to make your experience worth every cent. "We wanted to treat ourselves with thai massage. This was my second time getting a thai massage. First one i had in Philippine which was amazing. I was expecting this to be similar but it wasn’t. I understand that every massage therapist is different but i wasn’t satisfied with the massage at all. We paid $160 per person for 1 hour massage. The therapist was petite and didn’t have any energy at all. Her touch was so light that made me feel ticklish. The only thing i liked was that they are serving herbal tea before and after the massage. I dont recommend this place. If want a good massage, go find somewhere else."

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home. Upon arrival, I was given slippers in my exact shoe size and provided with the softest, most luxurious towel and robe. Before my session, I spent an hour in the sauna, which was absolute perfection and set the tone for a deeply relaxing experience. My appointment was with Yuko, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, safe, happy, and thoroughly pampered. The head-to-toe session began with a soothing foot massage, complemented by warm towels, a heating pad, and an overall sense of comfort. This was followed by a full-body scrub that left my skin feeling deeply cared for, rejuvenated, and incredibly soft. After a refreshing hot shower to rinse off the scrub, I enjoyed an amazing body massage and then a scrumptious facial. The spa uses organic skincare products, which felt luxurious and nourishing on my skin, leaving my face soft and radiant. The session concluded with a heavenly head massage that completely melted my stress away—I even fell asleep! Yuko mentioned that falling asleep was the greatest compliment, as it showed how relaxed I felt. What made the experience even more special was Yuko’s incorporation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). She pressed on acupuncture points, explaining the connection between my body stiffness and the organs responsible, offering a holistic understanding of my body’s needs. After the session, I relaxed in the cozy lounge/tea room, where I was offered a blanket, freshly brewed loose-leaf tea, and some cookies. Before leaving, I explored their incredible selection of intentionally chosen products. I ended up purchasing a self-care bath salts bundle that included essential oil, a candle, freshly dried flowers like lavender and roses, and bath salts. I also bought an organic eye cream from South Africa, every ingredient clean and ethically chosen. Everything was organic and thoughtfully curated, adding a fun and indulgent touch to my self-care routine. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the care, attention to detail, and overall experience. This spa is a 10/10, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends and family!"

"I have covid and they still charge me a 100% cancellation fee. I have had a membership for years and have never called last minute and understand why cancellation fees must be enforced when people cancel last minute however when I started feeling sick yesterday I thought I was fine and when I finally got a test to check I had Covid it came back positive and I called the salon right away. The fact they refused to care and understand just as a one time courtesy for my many years of loyalty to the salon is incredibly disappointing! Not good customer service at all!"

"I had really good experience with mittal at Veda spa. She did my microdermabrasion treatment. I felt so good my skin still looks fresh and rejuvenate. Also, I got the antipollution serum. Which is must buy and highly recommended. All the products are of really good quality. She maintain the professionalism and I feel like home environment at the spa. For me it was the best experience that I could visit her more often for my regular grooming. She is kind enough to share all the needed information for our skin, hair and nails. Also, the price value is great that everyone can afford easily. I highly recommend and trust this place."

Frustrated, I confided in a friend who recommended Vladimir at the Clinic of Distinctive Therapies. In our first session, he accurately diagnosed my condition by simply running his palm over my back, mirroring the results of the X-rays. I was not just impressed but genuinely amazed. "I've been here for shellac nails twice now, and the first time I went, Diana radiated such incredible loving attentive energy that I literally cried (I was feeling my feelings that day okay!). These ladies really take their time and are super detail oriented with nails. They give solid advice on colors and shades, and will even swatch colors on my nails/skin before I commit. They are also the longest lasting shellac nails I've ever had without chipping (over 3 weeks). I have never felt so comfortable being pampered. Not to be dramatic but I've definitely found my forever nail place."

"We went here today for a massage. I was really disappointed. The old lady with a bangs who massage me today doesn't know what she's doing. She was just rubbing my back no pressure at all. I have to ask her to put pressure she did for a minute and that's it then she stop. Such a waste of time and money. During my massage This massage therapist keep asking us to pay cash instead of using our debit. That is not okay. CRA needs to be alerted with this."

"I booked the Unwind Reflexology session with the owner, Treva-Lee. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the entire time; she's very knowledgeable and good at helping you relax. The massage table was the most comfortable I've ever been on, and she placed hot stones around my body to help sink into relaxation while she did the reflexology treatment (on feet). The sound therapy machine was amazing too. Overall amazing treatment experience and she's thought of every little detail to make it a good value too."
