"We had a great experience at Art of Sauna. One thing I really appreciated was that they don’t overbook guests, so the facility never feels overcrowded. There are plenty of options to choose from, including five different steam rooms and three saunas, making it easy to find something that suits your preference. The facility is slightly dated, and it would be amazing if they could repurpose one of the rooms for cold plunges—that addition would really take it to the next level. That said, it’s still a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. Overall, I would recommend Art of Sauna for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience."

"Peniby is such a great person who deserves all the praise she is getting. Besides doing work that truly leaves you feeling better, she cares. Peniby cares about you and wants to see you get better. It’s not usual to meet someone who has such a huge heart and does what they do because they thrive off of seeing you get well. "12/10 experience getting my hair done with Alana today. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, takes her time, and has great attention to detail. In one sitting she was able to lift my hair to lightest it's ever been, when most stylists won't even attempt to, and the result is my dream hair. This was easily one of the best salon experiences I've had in a long time, and I left feeling relaxed, confident, and like a brand new person. I have definitely found my new hair stylist!"

"Tanya is amazing! I have had laser hair removal before and maybe only had 50% reduction and I had gone about 10 times to that other place. When I was introduced to Tanya I definitely notice her laser was way better than the one that I was using. I had immediate results after the first session and only needed about two or three to finish off what I had started. I wish I had started with her from the start I would have saved a lot of money and time. I got my sister to come in as well and tanya offered me a great referral program so I found a couple of friends who needed some laser attention! In the end I ended up getting free sessions of hair removal on my underarms!! Next Step I'm going to try Laser Genesis on my face! My friends results were amazing!! I definitely give her a 5 out of 5 and she's always willing to work around my crazy schedule and she's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I definitely feel taken care of what I'm with Tanya."

I believe this is the best price in the city for the service they provide. Booking is easy, and it is very clean as well. I would personally recommend Jia Jia. He is the best there. He is the only male masseur, and I highly recommend him to all my male and female friends alike. He is very professional and skilled. I had issues with my knee, lower back, wrist, and shoulders, and he adjusted the session based on that and definitely helped ease the pain I had. Just try one session with him and I swear you will always want to book with him. I think he is available on Sundays, Thursdays, and Fridays."

"Even though I visited here about a year ago, it still haunts me. I can relate to one of the viewers on female privacy. I’ve been to a ton of massage places and this one in particular made me feel uncomfortable and I ended up being on edge or guard the whole massage. The towel was so small that it leaves you feeling very exposed and getting too close for comfort even when asked to respect boundaries. The massage itself is just okay. I left only feeling only regret and I would not recommending this place."

"Ashley has been my massage therapist for the past few years. I have visited many massage therapists over the decades and Ashley is the best I have ever encountered. She listens to what you have to tell her and will explain as little or as much as you want. She has a fabulous knack of getting to spots that you didn't even know needed work. They told me they have direct billing for most insurance and my appointment for a deep tissue massage is always going to be a good way to relax my tense muscles."

"Worst experience ever! The lady who did it was all over and simply was rubbing, no technique at all. The room was noisy and all I could hear was toilet flushing, water running down the pipe, and people chatting loudly outside. No relaxing music and the whole room stinks. When I was there she was looking at my hair and said that the last person who cut it didn't cut it right. She said she could fix it for me. She had 30 years cutting hair experience , A few days later I washed my hair.,I just wanted to cry . She had chopped my hair. It took so long to grow my hair out. "They are great! Super welcoming, efficient, and comforting. They explain everything really well and are very thorough. I also love that they don’t try to upsell you and listen to exactly what it is you want. The clinic and the staff at the clinic are all amazing. The only less positive thing I would remark on is their call centre. When you buzz to get into the clinic it sends your call to their call centre and it is impossible to hear on the outside speaker, they start asking for your personal details while you’re standing on Main Street, and the call kept dropping so I was never buzzed in I was eventually let in by a security guard. That is their call centre though not the clinic or clinic staff themselves!"
