"I've been patiently waiting to visit this place since it opened and had the opportunity to do so on Saturday November 13 and was duly impressed! As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a warm and calming atmosphere. The decor is simple and beautiful. The faciilties are impeccable; eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge pool, showers and resting rooms are lovely! The owner, Maureen was on site and made sure we were aware of all the options including all natural foot soaks, scrubs, masks all of which can be purchased and applied during the visit (we did a scrub). There are juices and teas available as well. A wonderful way to spend precious time."

"I’ve been to this location a number of times over the past 5-6 years. The front line team are all very friendly and professional. That is were the positive attributes stop. The back end of the premises like the rooms require an update as they are very outdated and dingy. The prices have certainly gone up but the experience has remained the same as the RMT’s are good but not great. The RMT’s appear to turn over frequently. Of all the massages I’ve had over my long life only one has done cupping on me at this location. I was not asked or advised of cupping and I only realized it had taken place after my shoulders were very sore and when my daughter looked at my shoulders she advised they were bruised which she determined was from cupping. The only reason I’ve gone back was because of the close proximity to my home and work."

"Went in today and in one hour here are my nails peeling off. While I was leaving one nail polish was already coming off. They fixed that and in one hour they are all coming off… The owner’s problem solving … don’t leave tip. I have gone there before and had an amazing experience with Carol and thought I would go again. The owner does not listen to customers needs and I happened to also get a bad job done on top of it today. Blah"

"My daughter literally is in tears and hates her nails. I don’t like them either and they do not suit her hands at all. I was with her when she said longer and they are thick. I should have drove her to Grimsby and had them do the nails properly there. We left and went to another nail salon in Burlington and paid to have them removed and new ones put on. They even said they look like duck nails!!! I paid in the end and it was worth having my daughter smile again at another nail salon !!! And they listened to her!!!!!! Go to #1 Nails across from the Burlington Mall on Guelph line. Look at the photo with my daughter’s new nails with the hearts! It’s not even close to the quality and work that #1 nails did."
