"We did acupuncture here. Bruce is professional and friendly. Giving a 3 star because of the chaotic admin. They didn’t have direct billing but they didn’t ask us to fill out the required form for issuing receipts while we clearly told them we had to submit insurance claims. They didn’t allow us to fill the form online or over the phone so we had to visit the shop again. If you need a receipt make sure you ask about the procedure (they don’t issue the receipt on the spot)."

"Great place with registered massage therapists. Felt tense before my flight for work, got my back and neck massage really well, kind of pricey but it was not terrible. Do reserve a date otherwise you will end up waiting like I did."

One thing that stood out, though, was the receptionist’s approach to tipping. We were asked quite directly, “Aren’t you going to tip?” which felt a bit condescending and put us on the spot, even though we fully intended to tip. Additionally, the pricing we were quoted over the phone didn’t match what we were told in person. A bit more clarity and softer communication would go a long way."

"I went to Scarlett & Lucy Med Spa for a facial. The location is convenient in downtown Saskatoon and the space is clean and welcoming. Jazzmin was incredibly kind and professional. She listened to my skin concerns and adjusted the facial to meet my needs. I had just got back from Cuba and had a sunburn on my forehead, she was careful to avoid this area for the products that would irritate it and gave it extra attention with products that would help to heal it. She explained what she was doing for each step and asked me about my skin care routine. She made suggestions for improvement and explained what the benefits/harms would be. She was very knowledgeable. Overall I had a lovely experience and can’t wait to go back!"
