"Mediocre massage at best. Barely any pressure. The first 15 minutes was her just pressing over the one sheet. The room was cold. There was no reception so she had to leave twice. Told her i was pregnant and to please not run the water at the sink any longer then necessary when doing the facial. She left the room twice with it on for 2 plus minutes at a time. They expect tips and the receptionist was cold/unapproachable at the end. Barely smiled and when I presented my gift certificate she asked right away if I wanted to tip the lady. I said I would give her a small tip cause the head massage and face massage was quite enjoyable in the last 5 minutes. She automatically put in $10, so naturally I told her to lower it. Doubt anyone here is legitimately certified. I wouldn't go back or try them if I was you as there's much room for improvement."
