"Drove from over an hour away for an appoint that I had booked for our wedding anniversary to a completely closed and locked building... Called many many many times no answer. Saw that I missed a call around the time we left to come here and there was a VM telling me that the RMT was sick and they had to cancel our appts... My thought is that they had only us booked today and opted not to open at all super garbage to cancel so late as we had to get someone to look after our baby and then drive for over an hour... Wouldn't recommend Update based on the owners reply and the fact that I don't like the implication that I am a liar (that I received a call hours prior)... My first appointment was at 11:30 am and I received a call at 10:01 am along with a VM that our appts were cancelled... Pictures attached"

And Kathleen did a great job with my lash lift and tint- makes it so I don’t have to wear mascara and I’ve had people ask where I got my fake lashes! The lift is still going strong almost 2 mos later. For those who want to have more beautiful lashes without committing to false lashes I highly recommend this service and this spa!
