"Rosa was amazing. Great relaxing massage. Tired of paying too much for a RMT I thought I would pop in and see what they offered with the thought of sending my wife. Rosa explained the different massage options and prices and stressed there was no tipping required. She also explained the couples massage which really interested me. I decided to try the shortest option to check it out. I loved it. I was passing the spa a week later and decided to drop in again. Rosa was able to take me right away without an appointment. Nice atmosphere, great service and if all the staff are as lovely as Rosa I would highly recommend this spa."

"I had a wonderful massage from Amy,she really knew how to get the knots out of my back,shoulders,neck and legs. She is a great conversationalist as well and I immediately felt at ease her.The atmosphere is very pleasant with a large waiting area that has filtered water to drink upon your revival. Tea is also offered. Great location 1/2 block off of Lonsdale in North Vancouver"

"I was recently involved in a car accident and suffered severe whiplash. With lots of pain accompanied by headaches I booked an appointment with Connor Son to see if he could help me. There are many massage therapists who can perform massage but in Connor you get a true healer. Connor utilizes modalities that are incredibly intuitive, based on wisdom (not instruction) and gets to the route of the issue instead of just dealing with the symptoms. After three visits, my pain has not only dissipated but my neck, shoulders and back are even better than they were prior to the car accident. I give this recommendation with heartfelt gratitude for what Connor has been able to do to heal my body."

"DO NOT BOTHER VERY RUDE STAFF 15 March 2025 received call from the staff Lady with accent ,I didn’t pick up but she kept calling me asking that I had called earlier for appt I said “yes I did but that hours ago “and I am not interested anymore since you want me credit card in advance,she kept saying it’s our policy, Fine ! But it’s “your policy” but it’s my money and I’m not comfortable with you taking my credit card in advance and I kept telling her that I don’t want your service due to this but she kept Insisting for my credit card details ,this place is a joke it’s almost like she wanted my money at all cost , really bad ,almost felt like a scam, Super unprofessional lady. I told her that I have spent nearly 3K recently check my profile im a loyal customer but she just kept talking over me ,very unprofessional. Oh and when she initially called me she started the phone call after mentioning her name which of course I forgot and I asked her what her name is when she was showing her” customer skills “ LOL and she wouldn’t give it to me obviously because she knew that she was being rude and I would post it and make the public aware . Do not bother to come here People 0 stars They just want your money no care about customer service."

"Apparently under new management and renovated. Much cleaner and newer than your typical shiatsu Asian massage spa. Had back walking and four hands. Plenty of parking and price point within normal range. Worth a revisit"

Aaron Brousseau did an absolutely incredible job—not only did he give me the haircut of my dreams, but he also took the time to explain my hair type and why it behaves the way it does. He walked me through every product he used, how it benefits my hair, and even showed me how to style it and make the look last for a few days (which is a total game-changer as a mom of little ones!). What really stood out was how personal the whole experience felt—Aaron made it seem like we’d known each other for years.
