I have never been happier with the outcome! She was very detail oriented and spent lots of time getting the shape of my nails perfect. "My wife and I came here for a couples massage. We had Luis and Laura. Both were spectacular and made our experience memorable. The massage itself was fantastic with a ton of variety and incorporated many unique elements we hadn’t come across before. We felt quite rejuvenated after and carried that feeling into the rest of the evening. Highly recommend this place and these two RMTs in particular (though I’m sure all practitioners here are great). "I had a bit of an odd experience here. After the facial & massage session, I noticed the service ended 5 min earlier than expected. When I brought it up, the owner was furious that I even mentioned it. Mind you, it was after she washed all her tools while I was still on the table, and I even took my time to get dressed. She repeatedly made me say how many minutes I'm complaining about before applying the discount ( in a really F U way). She said that I was unbelievable for complaining just 5 mins. Needless to say, I won't be returning or recommending this place. Short or long, a booked massage session deserves full service. Mistakes can happen but for me, it's how poorly she reacted."

"I'm giving this spa a 1 star review because there is no option for 0. I had bought a package deal for $60 from Mat from Ad-star, he was promoting this service by saying that Tania's spa is brand new and they are doing this for new clientele (which turns out to be untrue, they have been in business for years) When I booked my first appointment I showed up and the house was closed, there was no one there. I called the number on the door and there was no response, so I waited about minutes for a response. When she finally called back she told me that my appointment was cancelled as she thought that I was someone else and that a photo she had received for a supposed customer was not appropriate. Tania said that I was not even scheduled on her end, but I had even gotten an email to confirm my appointment. I was upset as a customer would be because there was no communication and I had driven 20 minutes for her not to show up. Since I had already paid I decided to rebook. The day of, I had to cancel and she was nice enough to let me rebook for that same week. Finally, on the day of my appointment I arrived on time but when I entered there was no one at reception so I waited for about 10 minutes again until I heard there was someone at the back talking. I rang the bell a few times until someone actually came out. I told her I was there for my appointment and she was clueless about it. She had to call Tania to ask if I was even scheduled. The masseuse told me she was running behind and so I would have to wait about 40 minutes. I was again, obviously upset because there could have been some form of communication to inform me that they were running behind. I could not wait as I had other things to do later that evening. In the end I ended up going again because Tania apologized and offered me a free massage. I was honestly hesitant to go back because of the TERRIBLE customer service and communication. I figured since I had already paid, I would take advantage of it. When I finally got my facial and massage done, Tania was very nice and friendly. The only thing I will say is that, the service of a spa is very underwhelming. For the price paid the experience should feel more elevated. For the most part, the products and feel given was more of an at home (I can do it myself) spa feeling, which is unexpected when paying to go to a spa. In the end I also had to pay an extra fee of $25 which was not mentioned at the time of purchasing the package deal, and I had to e-transfer because they did not have any machine that took card, which again for a business now a days is unprofessional. I honestly just wanted to get out of there, so I paid the fee unfortunately and left. PLEASE stop calling and texting to make another appointment because I'm not going to lol. Although Tania is very nice as a person, the service is terrible and they need to fix it or else no one is going to go back. Thanks for your time. I hope you do better in the future with clients."

"My Mom and I went to to try out this salon based on the reviews. They were a 5 star and everyone had amazing things to say about. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. I booked an appointment with Tetiana for acrylic and pedicure - she did my pedicure , but when she was done she sent me to the lady who just finished my mom as she had another appointment and wouldn’t have time do to mine. This was super disappointing as all the reviews mentioned how happy they were with tetiana… I loved my pedicure and the experience. She was professional, and engaging. Unfortunately, the other lady (didn’t get her name) was not the same. When she was doing my moms, she was texting and on her phone (not business phone) she complained about my moms nails and did not cut both hands evenly but then blamed her nails. When she was doing mine she just kept talking about my moms nails and making excuses for her work. I’m not sure how this place received a 5 star rating . Maybe it was specifically for Tetiana as her work I was quite happy with which is the reason for the two stars."

Terrible customer service and outright illegitimate business practice to charge my wife’s credit card when she wasn’t even involved with the booking of the appointment."

"They will ask you for a 20$ tip upfront before the massage. They only accept cash. I asked them if I could have a receipt (not RMT receipt, just regular receipt), and was told this was not possible. I asked them why there is a preset tip of specifically $20 (rather than leaving it at the discretion of the client) and was told in a very loud voice that if I do not want to pay, I do not need to come. So I cancelled my appointment."
