"We've never been to any Leela Eco Spa location before but they had availability for a couple's massage the night prior to our appointment! We were welcomed warmly on arrival, took a seat and were brought to the room at the appointment time. We picked Myra for my wife as she has experience working with people with autoimmune issues which she deals with and I had Samantha. Our 90 minute massages went too quick and were happy with the quality of massage as they both adjusted as needed. I was happy with the value of the massage but didn't appreciate that they don't cover parking at the parkade in the building (so budget another $40 onto your massage cost if driving). Additionally no sauna rooms or anything else to use."

"I called in last minute to book a massage on a Sunday. I had a really bad migraine and body was sore too. They were able to squeeze me in last minute so that was great! I had a massage with Maria. She was very professional and she did some different techniques I was not used to which really helped with my shoulder issues. She made me feel super comfortable and listened to my needs. The place was very clean and relaxing. The lady at front was very friendly too. I left much looser and relaxed and I will be rebooking with Maria for my regular visits from now on. Highly recommended!"

"Been doing here for a while. Very mom and pop style Chinese massage. Great deep tissue and foot massages. Hidden gem for those that don't need the fancier quieter massage experience (establishment is below a Chinese restaurant and there is no receptionist so be prepared to have your massage therapist answer the phone...). Would still highly recommend if you're looking to work our your pains and aches."

"Wifey and I booked for some relaxation. While the facilities are nice, it was over crowded and at times made it difficult to take in the full experience. Some folks have absolutely no idea what “silence” or “whisper” are as we could hear full on conversations taking place from across the area which took away from the experience. Staff taking walk throughs could have rectified that issue easy enough. Aside from staff at reception when we were greeted, only one other staff member seen in the 3 hours we were there with a squeegee outside the steam sauna. The heated pool was extremely dirty with lots of floaters and hair in it. Better filtration needed. Still had a good experience but it certainly could have been better."
