"Came for my first ever massage, and I was greeted right away, quickly set up with my first time visit questionnaire in a separate room and then straight over to get changed. After I was escorted to the massage room I was told the instructions and immediately in a zen state with a soft lighting and calm music. The massage therapist was nothing but great. I was also super impressed with how nice the place was, I was sceptical because it was close to home and just on Scott road, but they definitely make you feel like you’re somewhere fancy. Thanks skin concepts! I’ll be back and I’ll be recommending you!"

"I recently had a very disappointing massage experience. The therapist's communication was limited, and despite my requests for a gentler touch, the massage was quite forceful. During payment, I was made to feel uncomfortable when the therapist, after receiving a tip, implied that it was insufficient. I believe tipping should be voluntary and based on the quality of service, which in this case, I did not feel was satisfactory. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others."

"Yo Yo was amazing! I was going to give a full five stars if I was not asked to tip. I was going to tip regardless because I noticed that I was able to breathe better and my joints were feeling awesome. It is when you pay for your bill and they ask for a tip. I think it's a bit jarring especially looking at some of the other reviews where others have been asked for tips. I tipped 16% ($10 for $65) At the same time it makes me wonder how many people have come in to get massages without tipping. I wish I brought cash to tip. I normally wake up 2-3 times at night, but after seeing Yo Yo I was surprised that I slept through the night and woke up on time. There's some really amazing professionals in there -- do NOT be mean to them! Or harass them. I can't believe people have requested 'special services' from them - people who do that are trash and I hope they kick you and report you to the police! :)"

"Extremely upset by one of the ladies at this place. Last week I took my senior friend there and she gave a $10 tip ($60 massage) and verbally appreciated the work done. Today, my friend was only able to give a $8 tip. So the lady (Eva) followed us to the car and requested that we give her more $. She asked if the massage was good, and my friend said yes. So Eva proceeded to say “Good massage, good tip.” Then she stood outside my car as if waiting for my friend to give her more $. I had been here several times before COVID-19 and it was always a hit or miss, but never had something like this happen before. I usually give an 18-20% tip as I understand that is what is expected, however, no one should be harassed like this."
