"Wasted 35$ on shellac here. The lady didn't let me pick the color I wanted. Kept refusing when I asked for something different. Mom got regular polish and it was the sloppiest job I've ever seen. Her nails were rough and half-done. All that money down the drain, just to spend more somewhere else to get them redone. I regretted coming here so much, we won't be returning."

Despite my loyalty and genuine need to reschedule my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, I was denied any flexibility when I called to reschedule just 25 minutes past the 24-hour cancellation window. I explained my situation and emphasized my intention to book another appointment at a later date, but the staff, particularly Megan, rigidly enforced the policy without consideration for the minimal time difference. This lack of understanding and customer accommodation has left me questioning the clinic’s commitment to client satisfaction and service.
