"Had a good experience. Brenda my rmt was great, the facilities seemed pretty clean and they don't overbook guests for the spa area. However, the front desk should inform guests beforehand about the free parking, as it's underground and requires a code to gain access. Also a brief explanation of how the lockers work, the different types of steam and dry sauna rooms available and their intensities would be appreciated. 3.5/5 stars"

"I came in expecting a relaxing massage. You know—calm music, soothing touch, maybe a little zen moment. Instead, I got Linda, who must’ve mistaken me for a slab of meat she was tenderizing for dinner. She went full acupuncturist-mode, talking my ear off the entire time about how “the feet are the source of the liver” and “your thighs connect to your heart.” (Ma’am, what?) I told her it hurt—multiple times—but she kept going like she was battling a demon in my muscle tissue. I left more bruised, more sore, and 1000% more annoyed. So cheers, Linda. If your goal was to make me regret every life choice that led me to that table—mission accomplished."

"What a fantastic experience. This was the best message place I have ever been to! I walked in the door where I was instantly greeted, and given a lovely foot soak with roses and oranges. While I was waiting, they gave me some lemon ginger tea, which really set the vibe. Then I spent the next 90 minutes in pure relaxation. She started with a 30 minute full body message, using oils that she rubbed into my poor over worked muscle. Next, she spent 30 minutes working all the stress out of my feet. The mix of warming cloths pressure points were lovely. Finally, 30 minutes was dedicated to a facial. She used an exfoliating mix that smelled like roses, and a cream that smelt like orange. I’ve never had my face glow like this before! At the end, they thanked me for coming, and guess what? More tea! Definitely will be going back, I loved everything about this experience. "I’ve been using the innovative skincare “is”brightening complex, and brightening serum for several weeks. The red skin tone has dramatically reduced, some of the fines have reduced. "Good hotel, good.fscilities well maintained hotel overall and good hotel reception and cleaners. However one big thing that should be mentioned is walls are too thin, we heard a big argument going on at 1am in the morning. That affected our sleep. Better noise reduction is needed I'm rooms. But i would recommend people to come for the pools, fully heated and lots of space and very nice experience."
