"Had a session with Dana, who was amazing! She got out all of my knots in my shoulders and I felt much more relaxed. She has a great technique and she is thoroughly professional. I arrived late and instead of charging me for the full session, she reduced the time so I only pay for the duration I was there. Completely recommend her! The only reason I took off a star is because parking isn't easy in the area. It took me 10 minutes to find a free spot, which is why I was late. Had not realized parking was going to be a concern before arriving."

"The owner has very poor communication skills and poor customer service! Been supporting her since the pandemic, a loyal customer, but she simply doesn’t appreciate or care about her customers! Been out of the country for some time, and I flew in specifically for her services out of loyalty, planned my whole itinerary around her appointment. She tries to switch my appointment at the last minute when I was already on the plane! When I let her know how unacceptable that was, she called me rude and canceled my appointment altogether, then blocks me!!! Completely unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend her overpriced services! Go spend your money where you are valued as a customer and not treated like you are disposable!"

"Vibes is an amazing salon with top quality hair stylists and makeup artists! I get my hair cut regularly by Marisa S, she always does a great job and listens to what I want. She did my wedding hair and made me feel so special on my wedding day. Lorena did my makeup and I have never felt more beautiful in my life. My entire bridal party had their hair and make up done at Vibes and it was a really nice way to start the day. Everyone looked fantastic and our hair and makeup lasted all night. The last photo I posted was after hours of dancing and my hair was still perfect!"

"Appointment for my daughter’s makeup for Prom was canceled but nobody bothered to call us to let us know. I had 1 hour to find someone to do her makeup. A day that should of been excited fir her ended up being really stressful. They also charge me $125 for her hair which she straightened and added bobby pins on the side. The stylist said it was the charge for an updo. Clearly not the same thing at all. I sent an email to the owner and never got a response. Will not be going back."
