"Best spa in Ottawa by far! I had the most wonderful experience at this spa, and I just had to share my gratitude! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was treated with such warmth and kindness, making me feel like royalty. It was the perfect way to celebrate my 40th birthday. I enjoyed the Holtz Signature Facial, which was absolutely amazing, and I can’t wait to book my next one! After that, I had a pedicure with Becca, who was not only incredibly sweet but also did an impeccable job on my feet and toes. Our conversation was such a highlight of my visit, and I felt so cared for. The reception desk staff was equally lovely—so friendly and welcoming. The level of care and attention to detail overwhelmed me in the best possible way. I honestly felt so special, and it brought me to tears. It’s been far too long since I treated myself, and the team really reminded me how important it is to take time for self-care. Their kindness touched me deeply, especially on that day, and I feel like I grew as a person simply from those uplifting words and the entire experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! "The customer service is very poor. I showed them and told them exactly what I wanted which was a basic French tip with bio gel . I came for a refill so they had a perfect exemple of what I wanted since my old style was still there . The guy mess up the shape of my nails. Then I was switch to another lady that was rough with my nail and told me that even if I didn’t like it she wouldn’t change the it. What I wanted was very basic. And I paid 80$ for it when I usually pay 50 max where I usually go. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend them at all! The left picture is what I wanted and the other ones is what I got . Pay attend to how uneven my nails are and how they are shaped ."
