"Was referred by my father to Anna who appears to my helped my father with his medical issues. I had an appointment today at 1 pm today January 28th, 2023. I arrived 10 minutes before my initial appointment only to find out that she was running late by the pyschologist. I've called and left a voicemail for Anna wondering her ETA and if my scheduled appointment is still on. I had to wait for 45-50 minutes but still she didn't show so I left. I'm extremely disappointed with this as I had such high hopes and expectations with this message appointment. If someone were in my shoes experiencing this, how would they feel or react with this? Along with this review, just a piece of advice Anna, respect people's and/or patient's time and learn to be punctual because people have been referred by others, loved ones to see you and provide the utmost medical treatment possible. How can one expect medical treatment if you can't be punctual or provide verbal or written notice?"
