"Not worth the price. Over crowded, wait times for food was up to an hour. Ordered drinks prior to the sit down dinner, took 15 min for 1 drink. They were out of food items and drink items. At 8:30 an employee came up to us and said just so you know many other patrons have complained about your group. Fair, I went with a bunch of moms on mothers day and we do like to giggle. But we asked the people around us to let us know if we were impeding on their experience to which everyone replied no. The employees approach was not very tactful considering no one had come to us prior to ask us to be quiet. If you don't want people to be loud and want to keep a quiet zen atmosphere, don't sell alcohol! Especially in Winnipeg. I had my brother and partner coming for their 1st time experience and we sold them on the fact that you had good fire pizza. We went down to the beach area to order and saw a sign that said be back soon. We waited for 30 min until my mother went to the restaurant to ask when someone would return. All the employee said was that it's not open today. When my mom asked again why, all she said was is it's not open today. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down."

This guidance can help prevent any awkwardness and ensure a more comfortable experience for the client. My initial thought was that a brief introduction on how to prepare for the massage would have been beneficial. Overall, my experience was okay, but I may consider exploring other options next time."
