"I was really looking forward to the massage with Ioana Nistor, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The session started 10 minutes late and ended 3 minutes early, which was disappointing, especially since the time is paid for and valuable. I also didn’t feel the massage addressed my needs—despite my preference for deeper pressure and specific trigger points, the treatment felt quite surface-level and ineffective. As someone who regularly gets massages and is familiar with what a skilled, therapeutic session feels like, this session did not align with what I was looking for in terms of professionalism or therapeutic relief. While she may be a better fit for others, this session didn’t align with my needs."

"I have been going to Annette at the Fountain of Youth Esthetics and Spa for over a year already and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I started with electrolysis and then was very exited to learn that she was going to start laser treatments as well. I've tried laser hair removal at many other places over the years and I gotta say that Annette's laser is by far the most comfortable I've received. I was finally able to stay still during a treatment without twitching on the table from the pain! And same great results as before. I used to think that hair free skin meant having to endure lots of painful treatments but not anymore, The Fountain of Youth definitely changed my mind and I am loving the results. "I have been going to this place for the past 6 months and never experienced any issues. However, yesterday was the worse experience of my life. Anna did my manicure and basically ruined my nails. I asked for medium short and square And she left me with no nails so short I can’t file them to a nice shape. They have no shape my nails look like they were done by a child. My shellac also looks like a week old since she did not start from the root of my nail. I am so annoyed that I paid 120 and was promised a call back to fix this and nothing. Very grossed out by the entire experience. Will not be returning! Stay away from Anna"

Had a confirmed appointment via the online booking tool however when I took the time off work and traveled to the clinic was told that I didn’t have an appointment and that it was for another day. Enjoyed the me time to meditate to one of their selections of music. The music was deep that helped me focus on my breath. I like to have the little blue light on. "I have been going to Melanie for a few months regularly now and can honestly say that she is the best massage therapist I have ever had!! She really goes above and beyond to accomodate all of her clients needs and will really listen to and focus on any areas of concern you may have. I always feel fantastic for days after and have significant relief from my aches and pains. I have also had the reflexology done with Melanie which was amazing and so relaxing!! She also makes a variety of lovely handmade products for at-home use which I adore. I was also given a custom exercise/stretch routine that I can follow at home to help manage my pain in between appointments. The space itself is also very clean, cozy and relaxing! "The building has recently experience some huge renovation upgrades that have been a huge benefit to the men that patronize the spa. The wet sauna is beautiful and spacious and comfortable for even the most demanding sauna connoisseur. The showers both on the main level and the lower level are beautiful and comfortable and spacious. You won't catch a draft with these well built upgrades. In addition to the new guest lockers and televisions. The Jacuzzi has been removed so we will wait to see if it will be replaced or if that part of the building is also getting beautiful upgrades. The current staff are friendly and courteous and very helpful. Anything that a guest may require is provided in abundance. Currently the remodelling is underway but you wont notice because it is done during the hours that the spa is closed. The parking lot is huge so plenty of parking"
