"Yesterday was my first time going to this clinic, and my experience with Maia went extremely well. She is very good at her job, thorough, and takes the time to explain various methods of how I can improve my overall health. I woke up with wayyyyy less back pain this morning. I would highly recommend this clinic and Maia."

"Very rude and unprofessional Hi again this is in reply to the above message. It’s nice you have had such a detailed discussion with your therapist, but I think she forgot to mention that she was the one who cancelled on us the first time 3 hours before the massage . This is the missing piece and I didn’t ask her to accommodate us on day off. I don’t even know her personally to make such kind of request. It’s my first time with active healing and I really don’t care if you put me with any massage therapist coz I was just seeing if that person works for me and my back issues. Well you can keep the explanation to yourself but we are not coming back to you and I was not upset that she didn’t accommodate me it was her rude behaviour when we were 7 mins late for the appointment and the way she talked to me and my husband dbecause of which we left and didn’t even care to reschedule"
